Loved everything from the moment we walked on staff couldn't do enough for us and the hotel and rooms were spotless, food was gorgeous could not fault one thing!!

The location was so wonderful that we did not want to go out. Almost Full day we spent in the facility and private pool.

Absolutely stunning hotel, on the cliff edge looking out to the caldera and the best sunsets. Amazing staff. Views to die for. This is a hotel the everyone else comes to take a photos of!

Breakfast was a bit sub-par, but honestly, everything else more than makes up for it.

our room was at the side which was no elevator. was a bit difficult to go through the stairs specially during the day when it’s hot. in our bathroom there was an old bath tub which I didn’t like it. personally I prefer the standing shower

Where do I start ! A piece of with phenomenal views , fantastic food , a room of dreams and staff that went over any beyond to make us feel not just welcome, but special!

Everything was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The hotel was out of this world! Like pinch yourself beautiful! The staff, nothing was too much! honestly the nicest people, service was fantastic! The food was also so so good! If you’re planning to go here, you won’t be disappointed even slightly! Can’t wait to go back!

Clean throughout the property. The view was spectacular and the provided breakfast was delicious and the offering was extensive.

The room size is azaming and you can enjoy the caldera view from your personal plunge pool.

Friendly and attentive staff . Excellent breakfasts . Fantastic view of the caldera from our balcony , the restaurant and the pool area . We also tried the taster menu one evening in the hotel restaurant which was excellent.

Service from the staff was exceptional. Location is stunning, to the point where cars constantly stop above the hotel to see the view. Incredible.

Bed too soft and pillow too hard

On arrival the team were unbelievable, exceptionally friendly and incredibly helpful and accommodating and offered refreshments whilst we completed check in. The room was clean, tidy and very well presented with the most unbelievable view straight onto the caldera. The bed was really comfy. The hot tub on the balcony to watch the sunset could not have been better. The bathroom was amazing with a big tub & jets and waterfall shower. The complimentary toiletries were also a very lovely touch to the experience. Room service was smooth and the staff were again incredibly helpful and accommodating. There's a regular shuttle bus to and from the hotel to the town of Fira and the staff organised taxis for us as needed. We walked most places and managed to see a lot of the area. Staff held our luggage after check out before the transfer arrived so we could continue exploring. We will definitely be returning.

I loved the breakfast, the staff was incredible, the location was excellent and I loved everything about the hotel. I also loved how they arranged a taxi when I needed. The service was wonderful and they had vegan options on their menu which was fantastic! They also had a shuttle from the hotel to Fira town which was also very nice. In the middle of the night I wanted some tea and they brought it to me.

I didn’t like the room all that much. I really loved the bathroom a lot and all of the toiletries that they had available. The room smelled horrible and there were little tiny flies everywhere and In front of the room was a big bush that was in the way of the view so when I walked out of my room I just saw the bush. It wasn’t so pretty when I originally booked the room it said ocean view and the bush was very much in the way.

The view from this hotel over the caldera is amazing. The staff were very attentive and provided excellent service. Pool area is spectacular with very comfortable sun loungers. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

The basic room - Petite Suite is quite ordinary for the cost. The bathroom was quite small and storage space was a bit limited for a week long stay. Our outside terrace was quiet and peaceful but would have been better with sun loungers however our view was spectacular.
