The view from the apartment was awesome and the Bakery next door(Giorgios Bakery) that made very good breads and cakes were absolutely wonderful.

Their touted internet facility was nothing but a telephone with a merely a hotspot instead of a router thus allowing the connections to be used by only 2 persons (there were four of us). The Television had no connection and thus could not be used. The cleanliness of the place was left to be desired. There were used towels by former guest just thrown in the closet and were not removed (as example). The breakfast was brought but was incomplete (no coffee) In total, if the view is what`s important then one can book the place but otherwise rating it as a 4-star hotel is nothing but presumptuous and should not be believed. I would consider the place more of an Airbnb instead of a hotel.

Amazing View! Great location , parking , specious (even though we use only the double room) and above all, the superb view from the jacuzzi on the terrace! Volcano and sunset together! Amazing. We had a fantastic massage in the room. (Thank you Donna :) Alexander make our stay relaxed and give information about all the islands hidden gems . We will book for September to come back!

Everything was so perfect. We were celebrating our anniversary and was surprised with champagne and a delicious cake. We were provided with good information about exploring the island and truly did have the Island view. The balcony with spa was the perfect setting to watch sunsets! I didn't realize that getting from the ferry to the location took so long. Only because the road was very narrow and lots of buses picking up people. We had trouble finding the location and found it helpful to rent a car. I was not good with staying in touch with Anna so please contact the Island view to get directions because they are very helpful.

I liked that you had a perfect view of the sunset with the islands and Caldera on the right. We were left with fruit juice, water and fruit at welcome point. The property is spacious and clean and has a large shower. Parking is on site and local supermarkets are very close by.

The hot tub could have been much warmer which it only went up to circa 30 degrees. The water in the hot tub made my white bikini discoloured and turned a very nasty yellow. The hot tub does get cleaned daily apparently and on site cleaner is available every day. But this was unfortunate and wouldn’t spoil me from staying here again.
