It was a stunning hotel every detail had been thought of even the sun beds were luxurious! Staff were so accommodating, always available to help when we missed the shuttle bus a staff member drove us to town Food was amazing, could not find any fault with this accommodation, I’ll definitely be going again

Price for cocktails double the price what the view restaurants in Fira, Oia or any Kamari beach ask for same with food prices and the food was very average. Breakfast served with loads of choices from cakes and non breakfast items like soups however not much choice on breakfast items. The fried eggs are solid omlets hard as rock etc

For a 5 star hotel, I was expecting much more for our room. Very basic room, bathroom very poor: There wasnt elettric plugs, no bidet or shower and a old curtain on the bath. Old and small tv.

Room was a good size, breakfast was incredible, dinner was amazing. The staff in reception and restaurant were very friendly and professional.

We did not know you had to pay additional amount to use the spa facilities so was not impressed with this and as a result did not use them.

When there is water on the bathroom floor, it is like a skating rink, which needs to be paved with anti-skid mats in the bathroom... In addition, the experience was perfect

The staff were very lovely and accommodating throughout my stay. The hotel and its views were also very nice. All in all I really enjoyed my stay at De Sol Hotel & Spa. The location was also very good as it wasn't far from Fira centre nor the airport.
