The staff were the nicest people I’ve ever met, especially the lady who greeted me. she was so lovely. They lost my booking for a moment but upgraded me to a nicer and bigger room. The room was comfortable and they had breakfast from 6 to 9am which was nice.

The hotel still uses actual keys which was something I haven’t seen in a while (I do prefer keycards but that’s just a preference). The location is quite far from the city centre and from a station to get into the city. I had to walk 20 minutes to get to the station. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel but the bus is like every 15/20 minutes. I also didn’t like that I had to get a new Wi-Fi code every day to be able to use the Wi-Fi.

Hotel is accommodating enough for a good night' sleep. Big rooms with comfortable beds. Great if you are driving through and just want to sleep.

Very far from downtown Stockholm so if your plan is to visit the city be sure to check how to get there first. The shower has a very steep slope so shower with caution! Breakfast has a very limited choice.

There was a huge issue with invoicing of my stay. I have to communicate each night with the receptionist to finally get and invoice day before my checkout. It would be easier to book directly with the hotel.
