Easy to locate, parking for motorcycle 🏍 up a ramp onto 1st level. Lift to all floors, massive apartment, big comfortable bed & lovely bathroom with walk in shower 🚿 Loved the fact I had a large balcony overlooking Antwerp. 10 minutes walk to station 🚉 & a further 10 to the old town area. Dis not take breakfast in morning. Can recommend for a stay in Antwerp.

Breakfast was 14 euros, went to a nearby Starbucks in the station.

Great Location and friendly staff. I was able to rent a bike for only 5 Euros for the whole day.

My room had really dates appliances (bathroom, kitchen, sofa, floor) and for the price I would have expected more. Fridge was incredibly loud so I turned it off and basically de-frosted and cleaned it for them. Curtains did not fully close, because someone had ripped them partially out. I asked at reception if someone could take care of it right when I arrived, which they promised but no one ever came. Quite disappointing and for me personally a big deal because the room has huge windows. There was no hairdrier and when I asked for one at reception they said they'd try to locate it but never got back to me.

Location and rooms are very good.

Nothing against the Hotel (I think), which is as good as advertised. When I placed the order through Booking.com, a room without breakfast is 112 or 132 with breakfast. I chose the one with breakfast. However when I checked in, I was told no breakfast. I suspect that Booking.com dropped the ball. Have nothing to prove this but I am not happy for sure. Might consider switch back to hotels.com, which offers quick return for frequency travelers.

Reception was good and room clean. Location and price super for the one night.

There were a couple of thing broken/damaged in our room which needed repair but did not affect our stay. The hotel has already taken a £250 deposit on my card as a room deposit (for refund on departure if no damage) so we queried these and found they were aware of the damage already.

Large space, comfortable mattresses

Unstable, weak wifi, no salt, pepper, coffee, tea in kitchen, and minimal plates and bowls. Cobwebs. Short steps on stairs made it difficult

The room is good and the location is near the city center.

It's little noisy because the hotel is near the road and the window is too big to shut all noise.

Staff was great and helpful. nice view from the balcony

Cleanliness , hair on bed linen and pillows , stains on linen, not dusted , out of dated, need upgrade .
