The location is very convinient for swimming with dophins and diving. You can reach a store in about 300metres.

Breakfast is pretty costy. We lost 2 thermal bottles in here but theyre not found

Location was ideal for me as it was close to where I had arranged to go diving. Nice modern lobby area.

Above the lobby area the hotel was tired. Bedroom fine but old fashioned. Hallway carpet (6th floor) was very dirty.

terrible smell of old smoked through rooms. very hard to stay inside. very weird pool hours and you can’t even stay near the pool of out hours, considering it’s closed by the fence

Real seaside resort, with a very nice interior, a wide variety of choices of meals for breakfast, and parking included. Helpful staff, the room was cozy and spacious.

The staff were amazing friendly and helpful. The hotel has a great lobby gorgeous fresh look with music playing on all floors. Lovely toiletries in the bedrooms from Spa at the Sea enhance the overall experience. The breakfasts and dinner were exceptional good value and high quality.

The hotel met all our expectations and was very clean with excellent facilities and a delicious buffet breakfast and dinner. The room staff were very helpful as were the restaurant staff. The rooms are big and the shower was hot with good pressure. The room design are dated but colourful with nice artwork. The music theme is entertaining as are the music facilities. The pool Is clean and a good size and is quiet Sunday to Thursday, with busy days at the hotel Friday to Sunday.

Reception staff could have been more friendly when you enter and exit the hotel. The pool bar menu and prices need to be redesigned as the current choices are very unhealthy and very expensive. Most people didn’t use the pool bar which is a waste of a facility as it would have been nice to have a good choice of lunch snacks and drinks at reasonable prices by the pool. The coffee machine in the restaurant are very outdated! We would have used the gym more if the air conditioning worked in it.

Forget the star rating system - if you want an amazing concept hotel in the quiet beach area this is for you. Our 6th floor room had sufficient space for a single bed/sofa. The shower room was recently upgraded to include a large walk-in area with a rain shower and separate hand shower. Extra comfy single beds, pushed together for a giant double. Breakfast was buffet style with a seemingly never-ending range of cheeses, cereals, salads, hot dishes, eggs any which way courtesy of the chef. Chill and just listen to the background music. Just loud enough to hear without intruding. The 25m pool and surrounding grassed areas are shaded by large palm trees. All the staff are very chatty and willing to help. The lifeguard also improved the pool experience. Reception and restaurant staff also deserve mention.

A few negative points also raised by other guests. We had no balcony, just an angled small window. Answer? Walk down to the garden or beautiful beach with a range of eateries and bars. And yes, the elevators have service issues. Answer? Take the stairs and improve your health.

the corridor on the way to the room was unclean all the time, I know it is guest fault. but the hotel need to take care of it.
