I liked the fact that it was a "bunk bed" situation.

TV didn't work, reception who greeted me was a bit curt. I wasn't aware of the lack of amenities.

I liked all the different plugs they had. I didn't have to take out my adapter.

Located inside airport so I had to check in my suitcase but I couldn’t bc it was too Early so then I was told I could take it into the hotel but I couldn’t do then I had ti find somewhere to store my bag but no one knew. Finally found baggage storage near baggage claim but the next day I could not recall how ti find it and no one could help me coz no one knew. N Voice recording on hotel phone do could not even phone for help. Very frustrating experience

Conveniently located; easy to find and check in. Friendly staff.

I checked in after 22h00 and was disappointed to not have any access to any tea/coffee/bottled water. Everything airside is closed by then so it’s not ideal. I expected more for the price.

I left a message on the booking on the day of checkout, but they did not answer me. Hello, we forget apple pencil on the bed in room 6. Could you please check it 🙏

The room was clean and set up nicely for a transit stay. Would have been ideal if the aforementioned was properly catered for.

The staff were unhelpful, only 1 pillow was given, when we asked for more pillows, they refused to help us. For the price paid, it was not worth it. The charging ports did not work, the TV did not switch on. It was absolutely horrible. Worse transit experience ever, I was probably better off wondering around the transit Terminal.

A very convenient place to rest and refresh when having a long lay-over.

The room rates are ridiculous for the tiny size of the room. Definitely not worth it in my view.
