Friendly staff. Value for money. Location is good.

There was construction work going on hotel. It was noisy.

Worst quality rooms with high prices. Location not on Map and also not reachable. Poor in cleanliness. No view at all. Rooms are like average lodge with used blankets bedsheets and towels

Bathroom could be much cleaner. Jet spray was not there

Location was by walking distance to centrer. Calm and quiet neighborhood. Parking area was provided. The bathroom were clean with warm water.

They wanted to charge us more for tax while the tax was already included. After a long discussion on phone and WhatsApp, we refused to pay more. No toiletries were provided. They asked 300 Rupees for a basic electric heather (check photo) when we said the room is too cold. We had to pay because it was cold. "The view" of our room was mostly the rooftop of neighbours although you could see mountains a little bit.

It was a horrible experience, room was pathetic and smelly and manager was saying that we have this only no support and assistance from hotel . It was soo horrible and no help was provided Room was soo small and dirty

Location of the hotel is good. Walking distance to Mall road. Staff is helpful
