All pillows were fat, no variety at all which led to very sore neck. Housekeeping tried hard to find a softer, thinner pillow but couldn’t. This seems to be a halal hotel, this wasn’t made explicit. As we enjoy a drink at the bar, this wasn’t possible. They have stopped club rooms and call it co-working space, a room on level 15 with coffee, tea, water and crisps and nuts. Pool are lacks atmosphere and is uninviting to spend any time there.

Location is best & room was very clean 😄 the reception was very fast & friendly, housekeeping was also fast as we requested extra towels and restaurant staff also very friendly thus made our stay very comfortable & perfect choice for a hotel

Perhaps too pricey for the breakfast & was not a lot of menu options for children . Also not a lot of options for room service as well..

Location was perfect for Orchard, breakfast buffet was amazing!

Rooms are average size, we didn’t have a view from our room but this was not an issue. We didn’t need a view and didn’t care.

Good location, Availability of late check out which is important for many travellers on overnight flights.

Room facilities were minimal for a hotel of this standard. A better range of toiletries, providing face cloths ("Flannels") and at least a few more than two teabags per day would be normal. A package including a good value breakfast would be popular - breakfast for "continental breakfast" eaters is far too expensive

The breakfast at the Royal Plaza on Scot was excellent. Great variety, Japanese, Indian, Chinese, Western, European. Only thing missing was bacon.

The pool was not available due to maintenance.

Very good buffet breakfast with a large selection of different styles of dishes. There was so much choice, that even for our 12 day stay, we were not bored by what was on offer. The self selection of food items made the experience interesting and efficient. The coffee making machines brewed excellent coffee with many options quickly and obviated the need to wait for service. The room and hotel ambient temperature was consistently and pleasantly cool.

The bathroom contains all that is required and has a good shower, but we found the space rather smaller than average for this class of hotel. No face cloths of moisturizer are provided.
