The staff is professional and thoughtful, changed our room in time. The in room menu is pretty good, and the location is also very nice, the cross streets was the famous signature street, and easy to go to MRT station, take 100 bus, we have a delicious local crab food. Especially the amazing swimming pool, we have happy night time with the beautiful Singapore city view .

The first room with bad smell , and there is a construction site downstairs, if you go with google map, you will pass the construction and take long walks . We finally figured out the best route on the last day.

A fantastic apartment with greatview, over look the historical buildings and streets. Rooms are very spacious, had everything that you needed for a stay. Very comfortable bed, pillows and shower. Breakfast is average, but good enough.

The lobby looks dated and dark. The staff at reception serving you just ok, but with no warmth feeling.

The room was nicely appointed with all the facilities one would expect in an apartment. It was a comfortable and quiet space. The washing machine was fine but the drying feature was very time consuming. There was a good breakfast with plenty of variety on offer.

아기와 함께하는 여행이라 간단한 세탁과 취사가 가능한 곳으로 정했는데, 위치도 좋았고 청결도, 서비스 등 만족스러웠어요 일주일동안 스트레스 없이 지내다 가서 너무 감사한 마음이에요! 객실도 싱가포르에선 넓은편이어서 지내기 편안했구, 뷰도 좋았어요(저희는 19층에 묵었어요) 다음에 싱가포르에 간다면 또 묵을 예정이에요 ㅎㅎ 수영장이 크진 않았지만 얕은편이어서 아기랑 놀기 좋았어요, 옆에 짐도 좋아보였구요

아쉬운점은 없었어요

I booked two connecting one-bedroom apartments (one deluxe and one executive) for our family of 4 adults and 2 children and I was absolutely delighted with my choice. It was almost as if we had booked a two-bedroom apartment as we had a separate external door to make the entire space privately ours which was sheer delight to our two active boys. Do note that the bathroom of the deluxe apartment is more spacious than that of the executive apartment. Kitchen and laundry facilities were very well equipped which was great for families with kids. We didnt have time to use the pool and gym but the pool was of a decent size for families with kids and it wasn't too crowded when we were there. Daily breakfast was available (except Sundays and Public Holidays) and though the choice is lesser than what you get at hotels, it surpassed my expectations especially in comparison with other serviced residences in Singapore. There were special items on the menu on weekdays and the eggs are cooked to your choice. Kitchen staff were pleasantly helpful and Chef Liza is always very welcoming and joyful every morning at the breakfast area. Front desk staff were a little less experienced in handling transportation requests for our group of 6 but it was fine as we drove to most of our destinations after discovering that it was much more cost-friendly to do so. Two cabs costed us almost SGD30 from Pan Pac Beach Road to Orchard vs typical car park rates of btw SGD2-3 per hour in most malls.

We didnt get our rooms cleaned for most of our 5-day stay which was fine as our requests to clear the rubbish or for new towels were usually entertained after a call or two to the front desk. Housekeeping seems to be severely understaffed as we only saw 1 person working on our floor during the entire stay and considering that there was so much to clean in each apartment, I'm hoping she is not overworked! I do hope management could look into this.

The property is very clean and spacious. We especially enjoyed the bed, very comfy for our good night sleep. The location is excellent, we arrived past midnight at Queen Street via Causeway Link bus from Johor Bahru, just a short walk to the hotel. MRT station and plenty of restaurants nearby.

Booked for a newlywed’s couple as a treat. Check-in after wedding ceremony. And this is the feedback from them. “The airflow was absolutely terrible. Bedroom was so stuffy there's only one centralized Aircon supply at the living room. “ Found a men's "boxer" short underneath the bed.
