Great location when staying near china town or Clarke Quay
Tired common areas, hallways need painting and re carpeting would be a good start. Artworks in hallways couldn’t hurt.

Ideal central location for the purpose of my visit. Pleasant staff. Access to Help yourself amenities. Clean room on arrival and will maintained and provisioned bathroom
Extended frequency of room servicing. Common area chilled water system only dispensed water down to 24 degrees. Hardly chilled.

Excellent location, just a few minutes walk to multiple MRT stations. The staff are very helpful and accommodating.
Quite run down and not very accessible for prams/wheelchairs. No wheelchair access to swimming pool and other parts of the hotel.

Location was great for most major attractions all walkable and we were over 70!

The staff were so friendly and happy all the time which was great . The breakfast was good
The whole building was shabby and tired inside . The corridors carpets on the guest floors were awful, baggy , brown , very old and tatty. Everything needed to be refurbished it looked as if it hadn’t been touched fine the early 1980s . The rooms were the same . I wasn’t expecting a hotel in Singapore to be so outdated . I was disappointed.

j'ai retrouvé l'atmosphère de l'hôtel que j'ai connue à plusieurs reprises avant le covid. Il y a deux ans en revanche, l'expérience n'avait pas été bonne mais cette année, je suis satisfait.
Je voudrais particulièrement remercier l'accueil très sympathique réservé au Lounge (puisque j'avais une chambre exécutive) par Raylim qui est efficace et toujours souriant. Une bonne mention également à l'entrée pour Zacus, dont l'accueil est chaleureux. Ce sont des points très positifs pour l'hôtel.
je pense qu'il y a quelques améliorations à faire au niveau de la chambre qui est par ailleurs grande avec une vue superbe. Une rénovation serait la bienvenue et une révision de l'éclairage dans la salle de bains (trop faible).
Par ailleurs, il est important que le ménage soit fait tous les jours et on ne devrait pas avoir à le demander à l'accueil.

It was dirty, smelly, rooms. Nothing like what's seen in pics. Cleaning and housekeeping was done only once during our stay.

再提前溝通後才說可以提供,但抵達時飯店仍無準備

浴室蓮蓬頭是我此生見過最爛的,位置太高也沒辦法架著
房間很狹窄老舊,並且位在商辦大樓裡片
看著大樓外螢幕飯店的宣傳影片,還強調親子友善覺得十分諷刺
這間飯店離親子友善的距離十分遙遠
入住的實際情況跟形象影片根本天壤之別

Как многие отметили отличное расположение, в случае дождя можно дойти до метро не выходя на улицу. Вечером можно сходить на ужин, шведский стол (выбор еды очень большой)
Все хорошо, ужин стоит дорого (но ребенок 5 лет бесплатно)

I liked the location, the view from our room, and overall the rest we would get from our room. It is so nice to be able to rest and clean yourself after a full day.
Just the staff could be more accommodating.

Location is convenient, within walking distance of most things, between 2 metro stations.
The staff are wonderful, very proactive dealing with any of our questions.
The pool area is very nice.
The "self-check in " is a waste of time - we had to do it all again at reception.
Its a very tired looking hotel, carpets badly need replacing/updating, the paint color in the hallways is very drab,
The rooms are nice but could do with an update, TV was not straight forward to use.

The room given to us had no window looking outside. You are in the room and there is no way to find out if its Sunny or Raining outside. Extremely dusty, bath area was getting clogged.
It was long walk away from the lift. Terrible choice if you are with young family.

Too much dirty. The room was not cleaned at all. And the room was totally different compared to the photos of sites.
The original photos was city view but this room’s view was just buffed room. TV didn’t work at all.
I complained to the staff but she didn’t treat our complaints. Finally I decided to cancel and abandon to the rest of 2 night stay, but no refund.
I had to reserve another hotel after that.
I want to claim the refund of rest of 2 nights.

Brilliant location, in the heart of Chinatown. Lovely big room.with tea-making facilities and a safe. All very clean. Good security. Very helpful staff. Also had a lovely view.
My only complaint is that I didnt like the pillows, I found them uncomfortable. Probably just me because I have a special one at home. I would probably stay there again ; just take my own pillow
