Location was perfect. Most importantly its safe for kids and they enjoyed the stay.

Swimming pool

Location, friendly staff, clean and parking lot readily available. Many eatery outlets nearby

Wifi doesn't seem to work. The noise from the motorbike during midnight is loud and annoying. The bed has a squeaking noise when turn around to reposition sleeping posture.

The size and the value for money

The long bath is not well maintained

Me and my family loved the tremendous hospitality and customer service the hotel provided to us each and every staff member was very supportive and made our stay a memorable one. I really recommend Grand hotel continental Kuching as an ideal hotel during your stay at Kuching, Sarawak!

Location. Walking distance to padungan and lots of famous kopitiams for local delicacies. Staff very friendly and helpful. They try their best to accommodate our request. They allowed us to check out a bit later than stipulated time. The room is also more spacious than normal.

The hotel is very old. A lot of amenities not working well. Bathtub was leaking or something so the toilet floor is always fully wet after shower. The aircon maybe fan or something squeaking 2 out of 3 nights and had to get the maintenance guy to come fix. Main door hard to open and toilet door cannot lock. Not enough power sockets for charging. I had to disconnect all the lamps. Breakfast quality is a bit sad...
