Хотелът е с чудесно местоположение - в близост до плажа, а едновременно с това в малко по-спокойната част на курорта. Персоналът на рецепция е изключително отзивчив и компетентен! Хората обслужващи ресторанта са усмихнати и действат много експедитивно! Храната и обстановката в него са на високо ниво - вкусно, разнообразно и прясно приготвено. Анимацията беше на добро ниво, а басейните са чисти. Стаята е чиста, просторна и тиха. Камериерката не беше пропуснала нищо - хавлии, зареждане на минибара и чудесна изненада за хлапетата - беше направила зайче от хавлиите. Разделянето на две части с плъзгащи врати е много удобно за семейства с малки деца.

Не знам с какво беше третирана водата в закрития басейн на СПА-центъра, но единият ден (неделя 8-ми септември) беше ужасна - миришеше силно на дезинфектанти, пареше на очите и оставяше лигаво усещане по кожата.

Mâncarea, multe scări, nu este pentru persoane cu dizabilitati motorii! Peste tot cu program, foarte stresant dat fiind ca ești in concediu. La ora D….trebuie schimbat prosoapele, la ora D… masa, la oraD…închid Topoganele, piacina…. Chiar nu mi a plăcut! Mâncarea slăbită și la fel in fiecare zi…. Parcare cu plata! Nu recomand!

Very good location next to the beach with own benches and bar (all inclusive) at the beach. Friendly and very helpful staff and a lot of thinks to do for the children (animation, aquapark, pool games, etc) The food in the main restaurant (buffet) is very tasty and also very diverse. The beach promenade has a lot of thinks to offer for families.

The food in the a la carte restaurant (italien, bulgarian, asian) is really bad (especcially the italian menu). Dont go there, you get much better food in the buffet restaurant. Due to animation the hotel is noisy. So even in the evening you hear the sound of the animation, disco, concert etc. through the closed windows of your rooms. Some stairs, especcially the big one at the pool need some stroller friendly solution. Otherwise you will always carry them up and down. The rooms are already quite aged, so dont expect here 4 stars… rather 3.

Room was big enough Beach was near the hotel and it was clean, water the same, nice for children

They don't provide parking near the hotel, they take your car up to 1Km away and it stays there for the rest of the vacation (11 mins walk from hotel to the parking) and you also have to pay for it. The furniture in the room is old, doors from the wardrobe almost falling The room has door that communicate with other room (luckily we had our friends staying in the other room) The food is very poor in variety and sometimes even tasteless, meat is often cold, if some of the meat it's over, they change it with something else (for example we had shrimps at the Mediterranean dinner one evening and even if the dinner is up until 21:00, at 19:30 there were no shrimps and were replace with something like meatballs!) Beverages are more like colored water than beer or Pepsi, not to mention the wine is awful. Always finding cups of coffee dirty and also some of the plates. The lunch is between 12:30 and 14:00. At 14:00 they shut down the light in the restaurant and start gathering all the food. The sunbeds are not enough at the pool and in the beach - even if they have some kind of rule of not getting the sunbeds reserved, every time there are sunbeds occupied with towels and no one around and the hotel staff doesn't do anything for this matter

No toillet on the beach, the occupied sunbeds with towels and no persons sitting in, entertainment could be improved ( like yoga classes or aqua gym in the pool etc)

We had to take 64 stairs to get to our building

Clean and well maintained, nice pool and aquapark. Great location. Tasty food & lovely drinks at the bar. Bulgarian restaurant was a pleasant surprise. Friendly and very helpful staff. Relaxing SPA treatments were also good.

We had some issue with the bathroom (smell in the evenings), which was sorted promptly after complaining. Only one type of beer was available in the restaurant, which unfortunately was not to our taste.
