Totul a fost ok, personalul amabil, mic dejun variat, cafea bună, parcare subterană. Barul din incinta hotelului este premium cu prăjituri și cocktailuri foarte bune.

Location is excellent. Reception staff (specifically Kelin) is very helpful. Having an underground garage is a very well added value for guests travelling with car.

The external facade has no proper sound insulation. Too much traffic sound at night time. The design of the Toilet and Sink design is uncomfortable. There is no place to hang towels in the bathroom. There is no sink edge or place to put anything on top.

Locatia! Paturile au fost mari. perne suficiente, camera mare!

Nu aveam unde sa punem hainele, designul camerei era modern dar nepractic! Degeaba avea piscina daca apa din piscina era rece, nu am putut sa o folosim!

The hotel team is super friendly and speaks excellent English, and they helped us with our questions gladly we didn't use public transportation and walked everywhere on foot due to the hotel's location. Rich European breakfast, we stayed in the deluxe room, which was extra spoiling. The bed was huge, and the shower was fantastic. To sum it all it's everything I wanted, and I will return to this hotel when I visit Varna.

fitness center doesn't have much equipment to train with

The breakfast was great, very diverse. Great cleaning services and the room was well designed. We loved the location and the hotel and may even come back some day :)

Good but not 5 or 4 star. Cold food not in fridge and poor heating utensils. No plant base milk, signage and average variety

The staff were kind and helpful, the rooms were well furnished, clean and very pretty. Good view of Varna. Truly spoiled
