Micul dejun a fost diversificat și gustos. Personalul amabil în afară de cei de la loby-bar care erau cam plictisiți și un pic aroganți.

Ar fi fost mai bine dacă se schimba lenjeria măcar odată la două zile. Nu s-a schimbat deloc în 8 zile. Baia este sub orice critică. Nu există cabină de duș ci doar o perdea la cadă. Cada este spartă și curge apă din ea de umple baia. Finisajele la baie nici nu există. Trebuie să ții de baterii ca să nu cadă când acționezi robinetul (comanda). Rosturile gresiei și faianței au mucegai. Vasul WC nu funcționează în sensul că dacă tragi apa aceasta nu se mai oprește decât după 10-15 minute.

Хотелът е изключително добър. Местоположението е уникално. Има минерална вода, спа, достатъчно пространство на плажа, голяма плажна ивица, всички стаи са с изглед към морето.

В хотела климатизацията е на много ниско ниво, за чистотата да не говорим. Стаите определено имат нужда от реновиране, особено баните.

Locația și personalul din restaurant , mâncarea bună

Obligația de a plăti parcarea pe zi deși locuri publice la liber erau suficiente, piscina interioara apa rece , hidromasaj nu funcționează sauna la o temperatura foarte mica ,în general toată zona spa este pe minus, băuturile la bar de foarte slaba calitate autohtone la dozator , iar la bar numai contra cost băuturi de calitate.desi ne aflam la 4 stele? Sucuri numai la dozator nu recomand.

The hotel is a bit old-fashioned, but I found it quite charming! Not the hotel's fault that people smoke non-stop in the room underneath you and you breath it in your room...

It is an overall ok hotel with pool, sauna and beachfront. The breakfast was also ok, and we didnt take half/full board because that wasn't recommended (food is great and cheap everywhere). When you look around this is one of the older complexes, and nearby is the much fancier part where Primoski etc. are.

It's not too fancy and other places around are nicer for the same price. What struck us most was the bad slippery and too flexible bath and the bad smell (covering up smoke?). All together just a bit old but otherwise fine, but no more than that.

The location of the hotel is exceptional! The outdoor pool was nice! The food was good!

The staff was very rude, not friendly at all! The parking was available only for particular guests, the ones who were not 'choosen' from the staff should park a few kilometers away from the hotel (didn't even get chance to pay additional charge for a parking near the hotel). The boss of the pool staff was unbelievably impolite. The rooms were furnished with air conditioners, which were only making very loud noise and not working at all. The water in the bathroom was barely pouring. From 4 electrical sockets, only 2 were working. However, for a 4 star hotel with an All inclusive program it is definitely not worth the money paid. There are many other hotels on first line of the beach that will ask for near the same price and will offer much more - at least normal and friendly staff.

The beach ,the hotel ,the rooms ,the location everything was very good . The roommate staff was great Spa therapist Rumi was excellent

the management of the spa center ,the receptionist of the spa center is very unprofessional,talking roughly. The service in the restaurant and lobby bar is very poor .The wine was awful.
