We got confused between this hotel and express.

Quick and courteous staff, the room was well appointed and comfortable.

Being an airport hotel, perhaps the Biggles bar/restaurant could serve some form of food a little later than 9pm.

There was no hot water in the room. Very disappointing.

The room was very quiet, clean and comfortable and the staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The hotel is not far from the airport and can be reached via the underground.

The staff in the dining room for breakfast were excellent.

Too expensive for a shuttle bus. If I am a family of 4, i think $40 from the airport to the hotel is ridiculous.

3rd time I have stayed here. Heavenly quiet room. So clean and fresh. Bed was very very comfortable with 4 pillow options to choose from. Bathroom was amazingly clean, decked out with anything you needed for a good clean showering experience. Highly recommend.
