Breakfast was just ok nothing exceptional

Poor lack of choice Water never boiling hot for tea. The whole premises looks like it's just being let run down.

Non siamo stati ospitati nella struttura scelta. Dopo qualche giorno dalla prenotazione e a pochi giorni dal viaggio siamo stati avvertiti che la struttura non era disponibile per lavori e che saremmo stati accolti nell’hotel Mercure Centre Notre Dame alle medesime condizioni. In realtà la stanza non era allestita come richiesto e abbiamo dovuto pagare 54 euro per il parcheggio dell’auto.

Personale indisponibile e poco gentile. Non c’era acqua da bere disponibile in camera. Trovo assurdo tutto questo in un hotel 4 stelle. Ho ricevuto il messaggio di una persona che mi offriva parcheggio gratuito e ho dovuto pagarlo molto caro.

Totul mizerabil, conditiile nu sunt cele de pe site. Nu are nici o legatura pozele și reclama lor de pe site cu cea din realitate. Sala de mese pentru micul dejun arată îngrozitor, mizerie peste tot, fetele de masă murdare, recipeintele pentru mezeluri și branzeturi erau îngrozitor de jegoase, un amalgam de lucruri inutile( parcă ar fi un second hand cu lucruri vechi și de vanzare). In camera podeaua scartia, draperii și perdele murdare, uscatorul de par stricat, lenjerie de pat veche și care nu părea deloc curata. Am crezut ca sunt în hotelul groaznei. Hotelul at fi bun doar de făcut un film horror!!!

Most things were good. Spacious. Nice area.

But we had to sleep with a lamp on all night cause we couldn’t turn it off. Not fully vacuumed and lots of mold in the bathroom. Wifi didn’t work.

Walking distance to trams. Parking on site.

Staff and service very disappointing! No assistance or friendliness at reception! Loud Arab music playing at reception and lobby which was bizarre in Nice! Front door didn’t shut properly. Toilet seat was broken!

Lift was under maintenance and wasn’t the most ideal journey to the 5th floor

The location was good.

The rooms were old and not clean. The staff was not really friendly. There was one old lady at the reception who literally yelled at when we asked for slippers.

Quiet room, effective air conditioning, comfortable bed, welcoming staff, good breakfast, excellent location, easy access to public transport, easy access to restaurants and supermarkets, easy access to the old town and the coast, daily cleaning

Breakfast very good. Staff was very kind.

Air condition was not working (but they gave a refund for the inconvenient). A bit of rust on the washbasin. We did not understood how to switch on one of the lights. Garage was extra and a bit narrow.

The room size was good. Cleaning was done fantastically well. Breakfast was also good. The staff were really helpful, professional ans friendly. They listened and helped with all our questions regarding places to visit and getting round town generally. We had an amazing time here. Shout out and massive thank you to Karo and Andrada for providing top notch customer service.

Old and fairly used…

Affordable, our flight got cancelled and there were no open rooms at hotels near the airport so we opt for this one after seeing the positive reviews on booking.com. However our room had bed bugs so we ended up checking out a few hours after. Going to reach out for the hotel to ask for a refund. Staff is nice though.

We were in room 513 and it is right next to the lift. A bit noisy. Just ask to be moved if your room is a 13!

Location was ideal for train and bus connections to other close destinations on the Côte d’Azur

Nice enough hotel as close to Old Nice. Breakfast was good. Good location as we found out that there are lots of bars/restaurants nearby (rue de Bonaparte) to eat out.

The size of the room for a family of 4 was just on the small size but I guess for a 2-nights stay that was bearable.

Comfortable beds and clean spacious rooms.

Wi-fi is not that great. disconnects every few minutes and you have to log in again.
