It was excellent location in the old town. Everything was within walking distance and the apartment had everything we needed for our stay. The apartment was extremely clean. A travel cot and high chair was supplied with no issue. Recommendations were given on where to eat and how to visit other areas within the region.

Great proximity to the markets and very central in old town. Only a minutes walk to the beach, the location was excellent. The apartment was clean and spacious for the two of us, and provided everything that we needed.

Top location in old Nice! Situated in the middle of restaurants, bars, marketplace and of course the sea!

This property was absolutely AMAZING! The location was 10/10+ Just steps from the centre of everything and to the Beach! The apartment was super clean, had lots of room, even the bathroom was roomy and the water pressure in the shower was excellent! It had tons of amenities and the air conditioning was amazing as well thankfully as it was super hot in Nice last week! I will be recommending this property to everyone! And I hope to be back one day myself!

The location was fine and overall the Apartment's interior was clean and well equipped but did not meet the rating of a 9.4

The Entry way is Filthy, the hand rails are filthy and small. Additionally, the steps to the door need repair and are difficult to use. The main bed in the loft is awkward to use due to the location's ceiling height and furniture. The Furniture is tired. The Host was not really helpful or responsive. The apartment does not come close to the listed rating and is out of line with similar rated properties that we had in the area. We would not stay again.
