La chambre n etait pas prete a notre arrivee alors que nous sommes arrives a 17h La reception nous a soit disant surclasse mais la chambre pour 3 personnes etait petite mais même celle la n etait pas prete. On a du faire un tour et laisser nos bagages a la reception et aucun geste commercial dommage

The staff was incredibly kind and responsive. The room was clean and nicely furnished. The hotel is walking distance to beaches and shopping and very accessible from the airport! We had a rooftop look and although we couldn't use the pool, the setting was very pleasant.

It's on a side street, not far from the beach, but the hotel rate felt expensive. Our room views were of another building, and not entirely unpleasant, but again, felt like the rate was a little high for the timing of the trip. But it was a perfectly lovely stay overall and we would consider coming back and recommend it.

Location was great for airport and the beach.

Breakfast was bit limited as no one to make omelettes or poached eggs. Limited range of juices and fruit.

Some aspects are not worth of Marriott's name: very unconfortable beds (the mattress have been worn, overlaid) - we have asked to exchange the room. While the staff was nice and helped us in the middle of the night, the mattresses in the new room have been better, but still not good. The windows on the first floor cound not have been opened (probably security reason, but still disconfort). Loud music on Thursday night (probably coming from the roof top).

Breakfast, roof-top swimming pool and the respective staff met our expectation. Comprehensive choice for breakfast, good choice for lunch and dinner in pool area, evening entertainment with live music and very friendly staff.

Disappointment started even before arrival as Booking.com respectively the hotel sent a link to confirm the credit card but the link created suspicous account activities with the result that my bank had to block my card. Upon arrival, disappointment continued as the receptionist issued a room card for a room that was already occupied and he also didn't offer us any support for our lots of luggage. He was only focused on trying to sell us a room upgrade for another EUR 50 per night for a luxury room with sea view but actually there are no rooms with direct sea view in this hotel. Bath room seemed to be repaired recently but not properly. No thermostate to keep shower temperature constant, after showering, whole bathroom floor was under water. Room cleaning took place at most of our 7 days after 5 pm or not at all. From a hotel of Marriott group priced EUR 560 (+ EUR 25 parking) per day I expect a different level of service and room facilities. For business, I stayed in many Marriott hotels before, but this was definitely the worst experience ever. We spent 1 more week in another hotel at Cote d'Azur with direct sea view + pool for half price but 3x comfort + service level.

Hoel was a typical business traveler hotel. no atmosphere pool closed at 6:30 to get prepard for dinner

Check-in Staff were rude. We went to eat in the restaurant, and it was book out with a private party. They could have told us that at check and could have helped us with reservation at a restaurant nearby that is open on a Monday

Needs a significant upgrade. Hotel is run down, windows dirty, bathrooms had mould. No room service.

Lovely hotel, great location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely rooftop swimming pool and restaurant. Just hard to get an evening meal, always booked up. Could do with opening the dining area downstairs for evening meals!

Not able as a resident to get an evening meal in the hotel. Tables were always booked up and most seemed to just be having a drink. Also could do with more choice on the menu and was expensive!

The rooftop of the hotel is amazing. It offers a panoramic view of the riviera and the Mediterranean. It has an enjoyable pool during the day and a fun rooftop bar at nights.

The rooms and lobby need updating. The shower did not work properly. Certain if the furniture and carpets had stains. This is unexpected for the high rates charged.

Breakfast choice was good and hotel location was good. The reception area lovely and clean. The reception staff friendly and welcoming.

A large carpet stain when you exit the lift on the 3rd floor is not a great start. Unless you booked evening dinner at the rooftop bar/restaurant you could not sit or get a drink at the bar. The shower had a lot of mould growing and no shampoo in the bottle for the week. The shower was not good as it was impossible to get a consistent temperature going from scalding hot to freezing cold.

The sixth floor room I upgraded to was ok but there was a lot of noise from the pool deck eg. The sound of scrubbing ,the clatter if items being moved, and the sound of live music.

Close proximity to the beach and within walking distance to a large number of restaurants. The pool was a constant relief for the hot weather.

The bed was too hard and the shower temperature fluctuated from hot to cold constantly. It was a shame the roof top pool closed at 6pm.

All hotel employees were incredible. Both Front Office (Fillipo and Leonardo) and Farago personnel were amazing. Willing to do the extra mile for us. Great breakfast with the most kind and caring captain who made us feel like family. Also great location and good Wifi services.

Location, cleanliness, friendliness of staff in most situations, roof top pool

I’m certain situations the Staff were difficult for example when going to the bar 40mins before documented closing time I was refused service, even to take drinks back to the room. Had to argue my case far too strongly until the person relented; This was very different to the great service at the pool during the day and in other areas of the hotel.

Pool open at9.00 and couldn’t get a coffee until 10.00 and bar staff slow in serving

Great location

Staff not helpful and always felt it was a bother to them / interruption to their day. Room way too warm, hotel did nothing to put it right. Room said 18 degrees but everyone sweltering in room each night. First night out of hotel in rented apt, same temperature allegedly and everyone much cooler. Limited space around pool, too much space during day given up to bar/ restaurant tables.

Staff and decor lovely

The pool area was a big selling point for this hotel for us, but it seems to be more focused on it’s function as a tapas restaurant, which looked nice for those visiting the hotel, but not enough loungers for those staying in the hotel that wished to use it. 6pm also seems quite early to insist on people leaving the pool

air conditioning didn’t work so was very hot in the room. was booked out so couldn’t get a new room and the following day was unable to transfer into another room at a convenient time they gave us a fan and a 15% discount which still really didn’t make up for it
