Friendly staff, lovely interior and decor, Nice and comfortable rooms. The shower was hot and powerful.

The water from the shower tray didn't go down fast and spilled over easily.

The staff, the owner, the kitchen would rate the restaurant very high, superb food indeed.

Unfortunately we got one of the rooms on the third floor with a loft, probably not a problem for youngsters, but a challenge for slightly older folks. Looked in to some other rooms and recommend this hotel as long as you reserve a room based on your physical abilities. Stress the fact that the loft rooms are a challenge and could out dangerous!!! Only for people in top physical conditions.

The room was ok.

At reception (after over 6h driving) we were told that the restaurant was closed on Sunday. When we expressed our disappointment and asked where we could eat the girl just shrugged her shoulders and said she didn't know. She was rude, incompetent and did not care about her tired guests. A disgrace to the establishment. The curtains in the room are thin and white, the lights in the garden were on the entire night making it as bright as daylight in the room in the night and difficult to sleep. This room and staff were not worth the high price. Very disappointing.

We were there for the Glasstec Fair. The hotel is 15 min walk from the Messe. It is located in a very nice and calm neighborhood. There is a wonderful park very close. The hotel is very charming. The room was very cozy and stylish with a very nice garden in front of it. We had a coffee machine and a bottle of water every day, free of charge. We had everything we need for a pleasant stay. The hosts were very kind. The restaurant is perfect. The food was excellent and the wine was also. I am looking forward to coming back again.

The location is super nice, I tiny hidden gem in the heart of the city.

I did ask specifically 2 rooms next to each other or communicating ( we were traveling with 2 small kids). They gave us 2 rooms very close but not next as requested. I couldn’t leave the kids alone in a room so fare so we had to sleep separately each one with a kid. Not a very nice choice from the hotel. Very noisy guest that didn’t let us sleep properly (music going on very late).

Breakfast was best case youth hostel style. Some snappy comments from breakfast service staff and at check in. Bathroom smelled horrible. Everything seemed more run down and careless than when we had stayed a couple of years ago.

Small nice hotel with a very nice vibe. The room is not very big, but you have all the basics for a comfortable stay.

Breakfast is 15 EUR, but the diversity is really small.

Nice boutique hotel close to the Dusseldorf Fair. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent kitchen.
