I loved the self service options. And that very thing was so accessible. Our room was very spacious with large windows and very central in Bamberg.

Parking was a little narrow, but we made it work!

Self service accommodation, since walking through the door until leaving the premises. . We got an unexpected continental breakfast for free every day! A Simple but fine place definitely recommended!

we were there when it was very hot and the room was poorly ventilated so the room was uncomfortably hot at night. Not being able to open high windows meant could not cool the room down.

The rooms were comfortable quiet and beautifully designed. I really liked the idea of breakfast for 1 Euro which was not that little. The correspondence with the staff was quick.

I might have lost it but it would be helpful to get the instructions of where to park ahead of the arrival. I was confused where to go. Also, my parking place was occupied but there was no problem to park on someone else's place.

WLAN was highly unstable, mostly insufficient for spotify or geocaching or whatsapp picture downloads, Persian blinds broken, only space to sit outside is the parking lot in the backyard, which was used heavily by two groups 2 out of three nights, due to the heat - also inside of the house- sleeping with closed windows was no option, so we were glad one of the groups became quiet after we asked them to. Since this is a self service hotel, we did not see any staff or owner Musli on the floor in the kitchen at 8am from a party the night before. After black tea was gone the second day, it did not get replaced on day 3. The announced orange juice did not appear any of the days

B&B without a reception I wasn't sure wether to book but everything worked well .breakfast in the morning was ok .it's a long walk to the city but there is a bus just round the corner .

Nice position, close to a couple of breweries, not far from the old city (15min on foot), at the same time pretty quiet in the night. Very flexible and organized check-in (even though with no reception at all). A parking place is available (even though we did not use it, so I won't tell how good/spacious/close it might be). The room was pretty spacious. Very nice and friendly owner. (Very good starting point if you want to go to Bamberg to visit its beautiful breweries and lose yourself in the beers)

Very basic furniture, but that's actually fine for the price and the target of the hotel. Breakfast (included in the price) is not what can be expected for an all-you-can-eat buffet, but it serves its purpose well. Nothing too fancy, maybe not the place I'll spend a romantic weekend with my girlfriend in, but for a group of friends or a family trying to stay on budget, a very reasonable choice. All at all a pretty good experience, nothing really to be pissed about.

Good location, about 15 min walk to middle of town and sightseeing. Very quiet neighborhood. Breakfast had a good selection of items and room was clean. No problems getting into hotel, code was given to us over email a day or two before we checked in. Keys were available at the 3 pm check in time.

It was quite good room, above our expextactions. Free parking is a big plus.

Persistent smell of chlorine in one bathroom due to some cleaning prior to our arrival.

Clean rooms and parking

If you are a traveler not from Germany pick another place to stay! No staff to to answer questions or interact with. Very cold atmosphere. We had a simple question but could not speak with anyone because they spoke no English at their suggestion we attempted email but the email could not be delivered. It was an extremely frustrating experience. I would say pick another hotel. So far from everything had to drive and pay to park. It was one of my least favorite stays ever. We are Booking regulars but this hotel did not come close to the description!

Checkin/ Checkout

Very quiet part of town but 2 mins walk to the river walk into town (15 mins) wonderful and relaxed armosphere. Mr Wagner the host is most charming and kind and offers a much appreciated mini breakfast for free. Very clean and lovely decor. Showet is a dream!! Easy self check in and check out! Restaurants and Rewe 1 min away by foot. I felt very comfortable indeed and would not hesitate to book again! Thank You Herr Wagner

The hotel met our needs perfectly. Short walk to the old town. Bed was comfortable enough. For a free Breakfast it was pretty decent.
