I made a booking for all our family members in Sheraton as the great feedback about the hotel made me feel that this place will be perfect. Our flight was delayed and we arrived to Sheraton in the busy time, from the very first step into the Sheraton, we were met with warm smiles and a welcoming spirit, especially from Amona at the front desk. Her kindness positivity and a guiniune smile made our mood up from the long trip we forgot about the tiredness it really set the tone for an incredible stay. From the thoughtful sea-view upgrade to the sweet treats that awaited us in the room. Her attention to details and offering us a cup of coffee made us feel very welcomed and cared. Making discount for dinner for our family and ensure the table was reserved for us, I can not thank her enough for her service and hospitality and good behavior in such busy conditions…. The room was given was bright, with a beautiful view of the sea and pool was exactly what we needed for a perfect vacation. Every staff member we encountered was eager to help, making us feel truly cared for, and it’s rare to find such genuine hospitality. Thank you to the such amazing team at Sheraton for creating a stay we’ll always remember.

Amona and Muhammed from reception made our stay feel like a scene from a romantic story. She helped me arrange a beautiful bouquet for my wife and, later that night, surprised her with a cake and heartfelt wishes from me. Watching my wife’s face light up with joy made me feel deeply grateful for Amona’s thoughtfulness and care. Her kindness turned a simple celebration into an unforgettable memory, making us feel truly cherished during our stay. I will definitely recommend this beautiful hotel with a such great staff to my all colleagues and family, and hope to see you very soon in my property.

Nagyon kedves személyzet, minden étkezés kiváló volt, hatalmas választékkal európai és ázsiai ételekből is. Mohammed nagyon kedves volt a recepción. A hotelben érdemes intézni a fakultatív programokat, minden igényt kielégítő lehetőségek vannak jó árban, figyelmes és pontos szervezéssel. A saját strand és medence remek volt, nagyon sok nyugágy mindenütt.

Túl hidegre hűtenek a közös helyiségekben, de minden más elfeledteti ezt.

Tüm çalışanlar çok iyi eğitimli ve kibardi, klasik Sheraton tarzı,güvenli ve konforlu.Restaurant çok iyi, yemek harika.

По приезду в отель нас быстро заселили,дали бонус от отеля дополнительный завтрак все доступно объяснили.Особенно хотелось бы отметить администратора на рецепшене Амону за ее отзывчивость ,умение работать с клиентами.

На козырьке крыши куда выходило наше окно валяется много окурков от сигарет
