The place exceeded my expectations. I wasn't actually expecting this high standard of services in Bahrain. The staff (especially Jaafar), facilities, the restaurant were all beyond what I wished for. For sure will return next summer.

Loud neighbours. Thankfully, the management had dealt with them. I would say also the restaurant is over-priced. The food is delicious I wouldn't say it isn't, but I had to sell a kidney to dine in the resort.

The place was super fancy and nice, the private swimming pool was great.

Some stuff were not available at the villa already like glasses but they were provided as soon as we asked for them so it’s okay. The price.

The Staff were absolutely brilliant, accommodated a special request and went out of their way to be helpful and make our stay enjoyable.

The villa was lovely and our butler Margaret was amazing

I booked for a massage at the spa the buggy finally came after calling twice 30minutes late to my appointment. The service at breakfast was very bad only 3 tables had customers but I waited ONE HOUR to receive any food (even some plain toast for my daughter) then when ordering for more things 2 waiters didn’t want to take my order I had to wait for the third one to actually take the order

the swimming pool and the bed sheets are not clean and it has bad smell also the AC is too cold its Auto..my daughter got sever infection after staying there

1- they choose villa infront of constructions work that was make too much noise. 2- the heater of the pool wasn’t working.
