Location is great. Room very comfortable and nice with a balcony. Personnel was very nice and welcoming. Breakfast was tasty. Overall it left pleasant impression. Pool was nice also hotel provides towels and umbrella to go to the beach.

We would like to thank Naim, our room cleaner, for his very good job and comfort during our stay. The view is very beautiful to the sea and the Walk. It's not our first stay with the hotel. So we choose it as we like the location and the team.

We were three, and booked the room for three, but at first we didn't have our extrabed ready. But nce asked, we got it quickly. THank you

I really liked the way staff treated me and my family. The receptionist Oyatullo was very friendly and ready to help. Also, the waiter Thusith was exceptional - he remembered who ordered which coffee/tee on the first day (we were 8 people) and brought the order every day even without reminders. I have never had this experience before!

On the last day, our departure time was early in the morning, so we could not have a breakfast at the hotel. We ordered a take-away breakfast. Unfortunately, they gave us just fee croissants and fruit - no sandwich etc. They also gave us coffee and juices without a lid, so we could not even take it with us to the taxi. In my opinion, this moment should be improved.

Das Hotel war toll, sauber und das Personal war äußerst aufmerksam. Es wurde mehrfach nachgefragt, ob uns alles gefällt oder ob wir noch etwas brauchen. Wir haben sogar 2 Mal Süßigkeiten aufs Zimmer gebracht bekommen, darüber haben sich natürlich vor allem die Kids sehr gefreut. Das Hotel ist direkt in nächster Nähe zum Strand und man kann dort durch die belebten Straßen laufen. Trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig auf dem Zimmer und man kann ganz entspannt schlafen. Wir können das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen!!!

Nous avons énormément apprécié le service et surtout la propreté des lieux et également la beauté de l’hôtel de plus il est situé en plein milieu de tous les restaurants et du bord de plage la personne qui conseil les activités est très gentil et propose de bon tarifs et conseil

Nous n’avons rien détester au sein de l’hôtel cependant étant situé proche de tout attendez vous a avoir de la musique jusqu’à très tard la nuit mais cela est indépendant de l’hôtel

الموقع مزدحم بالسيارات فالخروج والدخول بسبب موقعه على شارع JBR الاصانصير اعمل حساب انك بتنتظر عشر دقايق في بعض الاحيان واذا ركبته اعرف انه بيتوقف في كل دور ويركبون معك اشخاص ممكن يوصل عددكم 7 اشخاص الى 10 في الاصانصير النظافة لم اشاهد بحياتي مثل هذا المشهد من السوء ( وجدت المفرش متسخ وطلبت استبداله وخرجت من الغرفه وعند عودتي وجدتهم قاموا بقلب المفرش في حركة واضحه من الضحك على العميل ) ولم ينظفوا الغرفه ازعجني كثيراً عدم الاهتمام ونظافة الغرفه ، اشتكيت اكثر من مره يوجد موظفتين من العناية بالعملاء منى وفاطمة مشكورين حاولوا قدر الامكان جعل الرحلة سعيدة باختصار لن اسكن في فندق يحمل اسم موفبينك

It’s perfect location, cleanliness and super customer service. If you wanted to go to the beach you didn’t have to payout for beds as they provided sun shade, towels and fold up seats to take all in carry bags. The pool guy was so helpful

Hi appreciate all the staff of hotel. They are very helpful. 

The reception staff very nice

Room was spacious, clean and staff were friendly especially the life guards by the pool. Also fab location to everything in JBR.

Our switch for house keeping and do not disturb sign didn’t work but the hotel fixed it.

Run down building with most technical necessities not working properly. Low water pressure. Roof in bath coming down and leaking water, bad garbage smell in groundfloor outside part. The buffet food was terrible. Was safed by countless amazing restos in the neighborhood. These old buildings were the first in jbr and look like social housing.

Location, staff, customer services

It took more than one call out to fix the air conditioning in my room, which caused a sleepless night with the temperature being 42 degrees…. with a five star hotel should have been resolved first time !! It was finally fixed at 4 am apart from this we had an exceptional stay.

The breakfast staff was the best part about the hotel, Specially Mr. Abdul Kareem and his team. Thumbs up to all 👍 The reception staff was great too. The room Size were normal, location was excellent.
