Booking included breakfast so was able to order a full hot breakfast. The room was a fair size with a comfy bed.

There was a dirty bandaid in the shower stall, the cups in the room were dirty, the floor needed vacuumed & the room and as a bit dusty.

We paid extra to get the "superior king room" and was severely disappointed. * Firstly, the spa - supposedly a deluxe inclusion for this type of room actually made it almost impossible to shower. Unsafe even. One of us could barely get in/out because it was set too high, the other hit their head on the ceiling once in the shower! * The bed was uncomfortable as the "king" was actually 2 singles pushed together without a proper king topper so there was a gap between. The sheets were not king size either so didn't fit the bed properly. * The TV kept turning itself on, even in the middle of the night, and when watching it, kept switching over to the Chromecast screen. * The room was not soundproof, and we were disturbed late into the night by the noise of our neighbours. * Check in process was disrupted by the receptionists child - understandable that it is school hols, but not really appropriate for the child to be interupting and talking loudly when checking in.

Great room, had everything we needed.

Stairs - we had a dream duffle dance bag we had to drag up the stairs and back down again. I didn't see any info about stairs. Assumed it was 1 level or had a lift.

Staff were friendly, great location.

Exactly what we needed for a quick stop overnight in Bathurst. Clean and surprised by how large the room was. Good price for what you get

Great location very clean I was there for a funeral And had travelled from Hobart that day.

Could have stayed with friends but knew I would be tired from planes trains really disappointed that spa and pool were both out of action as I was looking forward to relaxing.

Nice, big room with large bathroom. Food at the restaurant was fantastic. Large meals, reasonably priced.

Stairs up to the restaurant so accessibility is a real issue.
