Lovely motel room with a very comfortable bed and reverse cycle air conditioning for the cold nights. Easy walk from the train station and close to the shopping area of Bathurst. Excellent shower with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Very clean room. Quiet. Fridge in the room. Loved the fact that we had access to a microwave in the communal area so I could prepare my meals. Also loved the access to the laundry facilities which was very important as I was travelling around. The staff were so helpful, hospitable, professional and kind. The manager was very helpful when a local car rental company let me down. Would stay again without hesitation.

There was light bleed around the edge of the window blind which was not ideal for a light-sensitive person like myself. As it was Winter, the light didn't wake me up too early, but I would struggle in the Summer. If you are light-sensitive too, bring an eye mask. Despite this, I would absolutely stay again.

Room was clean and warm. Had a sound like a tap dripping on first night, told the manager and was fixed the next day.

Not enough car park spaces, as there were no lines painted one car took up two spaces leaving others to park on the street.

The bed was comfortable

Not being able to get my car any closer than 60-80m distance from my room. Second storey room that hurts my arthritis TV didn’t work and had to walk all the way back to reception to find someone to fix it. Then I was locked out of my room, the key didn’t work. All the way back to reception again, up and down those ruddy stairs again.

Large kitchen are great for meals. Recently upgrading the motel with air conditioning

Lounge are was full of boxes and couldn't be used as they are in process of renovating. Some item eg T V new and not fully set up yet. Should be better next time.

Parking too far away. No Wifi. No TV. Noisy traffic. Tiny rooms. Manager not honest.

Room was smaller than I had expected, and had a desk and settee which made it feel a bit cramped, but everything else was good. It would be a great place to stay for longer periods, as there was a very decent kitchen/diningroom and a seperate sitting room. I expect that it is popular with workers staying Monday to Friday.

Fortunately the room had a ceiling fan, because it was quite stuffy, but not hot enough to warrant using the aircon.
