Parking is good and rooms are large

It was filthy and I believe the sheets on the sofa bed were dirty and had not been changed as we found a dirty sock in the bed. Also understaffed

Amazing location.

Staff needs to welcome customers properly. particularly breakfast staff unfriendly. Given the amount paid, it is totally abnormal to pay extra to get a capuccino or a hot chocolate.

I like the location of the accommodation. Had a great balcony overlooking the track and Mount Panorama.

The room was little outdated with furniture, especially the TV was so outdated. No foxtel, Netflix. The bathrooms didn't have exhaust fans. The kitchen was missing some essentials. I can't believe I was charged for using the water bottles in the room.

The parking spots are very narrow and the whole parking lot is very pokey

The room was comfortable and clean but definitely not worth the nearly $500 per night we paid. Extremely disappointing for the price.

Arrived on Friday evening around 7pm, restaurant had run out of food. Also no room service available. Told to use a food delivery service or go into town. Saturday night, also restaurant closed and the bar was closed as well. Really bad service, very disappointing considering how expensive it was to stay at this hotel. Would never recommend staying here. Next time would book an Airbnb.

The room was amazing . The bed was very comfortable, but the sofa bed probably needed a thicker mattress, otherwise everything was great.

Beds were way too soft, aircons didn’t work, very uncomfortable stay for the amount of money we paid for a room out of season
