silly car park design with swimming pool in the middle of it called the restaurant to book for dinner? No answer. left a message asking about booking a table and left my phone number for a call back. no response at all housekeeping who made up room did a half hearted job. bed was very sloppily made

The bed was very comfortable. The location was great.

The room lacked various facilities such as no clock radio, no bed lights, no towel racks in the bathroom which was quite small.

Central location in Bathurst, short drive to Mt Panorama. Good facilities with laundry and pool. Security gates on hotel guest parking and rooms. On site bar/bistro was really doing good business. Meals were a good size. Pool a bonus for cooling down. We stayed in January, Summer. So half the hotel guest parking was baking hot. Remeber to pick a shady spot to put you car if you arrive before sundown

The bathroom renovations were not completed (front laminate strip on vanity missing in room 64, old faded, yellow GOP but generally good. My steak was overcooked in the Bistro... but it was very busy so we accepted it and enjoyed our night. Note to travelers: the Bistro does get busy AND some tables catch the hot afternoon sun so book early if you want to eat.

it was clean, easy to get to. very secure. great atmosphere. staff very friendly. meals at the bistro were delicious.

close to town and good security. Staff were helpful and the room was adequate for what I needed.

Shower was dripping, electricity power point under the bedside table was hanging off the wall which is a danger, and the bed was somewhat uncomfortable

very clean and spacious and we were greeted on arrival by a lovely friendly and happy receptionist

I am struggling to find a negative but the only thing was probably the gardens were overgrown and across path/ ramp in some places

I like the location because it's in town. Internet signal is really good and the staffs are so friendly and very helpful.(good customer service).full breakfast in the morning is really delicious and my kids love their pancakes. I would definitely recommend it to everyone. From front office staffs to housekeeping staffs everyone is so friendly. We love this place.

Just the kids pool needs cleaning but apart from that everyone is so friendly.
