Good sized room overlooking the city (free upgrade) which was nice. Staff are very helpful and nice. Great breakfast too. Pool with a view on floor 7

My room was old and the wash room little bit dirty, there was no chair to sit , just a bed and very tiny room I can’t keep my luggage open because of space limitations.

Specially Ms. Sharifa Nour from the staff... she helped a lot and her behavior and professionalism made my stay more comfortable and memorable.

The breakfast was nothing special.

The common stairway between floors 7 and 8 were dirty. Wrapping paper was on the carpet during my three day stay. Obviously the area was not cleaned.

Convenient location

Noise from bar below. Noisy pump from somewhere which went off every 15 seconds Same old breakfast quality. Friend booked on booking.com but was given room with no room. Another couple refused room with no window.

Shower needs upgrade. Mould etc present

Good Breqkfast, rooms are not sound proof and can hear noises from other rooms

It was absolutely brilliant in this hotel..very clean and kind staff..my room was so great and I had a wonderful bed..good sleep for nice days in Bangkok…

The location of this hotel is a perfect spot. Close all amenities. BTS Buses shopping centres. There’s also a very Good Thai restaurant on the Corner of Alway Soi that is excellent.

My number 5 stars goes to Thong Reception manager and his Team of helpers. I have never meet front desk person like Thong he has limitless energy and enthusiasm professionalism for the job. Wee the was also Excellent extremely friendly and polite with a constant smile

Great location- Just 1min walk from Nana BTS Station, great staff, great amenities. Enjoyed every second

They don't provide free drinking water all over Thailand. Not sure why. Hotels should provide purified water without any charge as it's basic necessity

Tay müşterisi çok az olmasına rağmen tay yemeği ağırlıklı ve onüç gün kaldım gergin aynı kahvaltı çok kötü idi yiyecek hiçbir şey bulamıyorsunuz lezzet yok

Man fick själv gå till receptionen och säga till om städningen, ena dagen kom de kl 15.00 nästa dag kl 16.30. Unken lukt i duschen.
