Not very clean. Dishes and cups not washed. Floor in bathroom not cleaned. Very warm due to sun through window.

I liked almost everything but that's one big BUT. Yet good things first: the apartment is exactly as on r pictures, great location, easy to find, smooth contactless check -in. The apartment is equipped with all necessary things, it's spacious and the beds are comfortable. I would say it's a perfect place, however, unfortunately, there's a problem with wooden thin floors that make it feel as if the people who stay above you walk constantly on your head. It's very loud and uncomfortable and I couldn't sleep until my neighbours from the top floor went to sleep and they woke me up early in the morning.

As much as I liked the place, I don't recommend it to sensitive sleepers. If the noise is not something that disturbs you, then it's a great place

The location is great, walking distance from everything but relatively quiet

The bathroom is very compact and there is no real water pressure to speak of. Also, the water never got more than lukewarm. You can hear your neighbours but I believe that is just how things are built in Iceland. It was a recurring issue

There was a problem with the bedroom overhead light, and it would consistently flicker. Wish we had more towels. The couch wasn't comfortable, but we only sat for about an hour. Minor issues only.

Everything was perfect. The location and the property itself. Very spacious and the shower worked well. Bed was comfy. Only a 2 min walk to the main shopping street but also quiet enough to be peaceful. Would definitely return

The apartment is in the backyards of Grettisgata and surprisingly quiet, given the proximity of Laugarvegur. Self-check in was absolutely smooth with clear instructions. The apartment may be a bit long in the tooth but the kitchen is well equipped and the beds are good.

Due to the wooden ceilings between floors practically every step as well as louder talks (and other activities) in the floor above could be heard.

It was easy to find the location was great to anything you needed.you can walk to anything in Reykjavík! Bonus is just around the corner and coffee store was close by!

There was not enough toilet paper in the bathroom for my stay there. The towels were old thin and I had to buy my self my own towels they were so thin. Laundry room was dirty and dryer was full of water and lint. There was mildew in the room we were sleeping in on the wall behind the sofa. Over all that place we stayed at was old not what I would stay at again or Recommend it!!

The unit has most of the things you need.

There is no carpark lot at the premise and you have to park outside along the street. Hope the wall colors can change to something more relax and unwind.

IT was easy to get in first day. Door key codes were issued two days before arrival. We didn't have any issue getting in or out

Amazing Location Perfect for two persons

Comfortable, warm, clean apartment. It had all the necessary appliances. Good shower and comfortable beds. Great location, only a 10 min. walk from all the may bus stops and attractions. The price was great too!

Location is quite nice, getting inside was really easy, bed was really comfortable and it was quiet for a good sleep, and the balcony is great for smokers.

Living area (couch, table, cupboards) looks like they really need some refurbishing, hence the price is maybe a bit too steep for what it represents.

Access to the property was via a coded entrance

A broom and dustpan and brush would have been helpful!! Fridge not fixed into cupboard which resulted in the fridge door not shutting properly. Not enough pillows, (personal opinion)
