When I stepped into the hotel, I felt that I was in a clean, well-organized, and comfortable place with very kind hosts! The room and bathroom were big, with plenty of windows and facilities. The ventilation was sufficient. The fridge was full of drinks at reasonable prices. The complimentary tea and coffee were on point. Sofie and her husband were extremely kind and welcoming. The breakfast service to the room in the morning was a special touch. I also liked the customized letters to the guests with all practical information, including favorite restaurants in Antwerp. Bravo! The next time I am in Antwerp, I will not search for a hotel.

I do not think there was anything I did not like in particular. There was one point that was my fault. I did not mention my dietary restrictions for breakfast. So, if you want to stay here and have dietary restrictions/preferences, share them with Sofie.

The furniture material is a bit weird, a bit « cold »

Owners are SUPER SUPER kind and gentle and very helpful and they do wonderful service. The suite is extraordinary, very nice place big and UNIQUE. Clean and safe. Breakfast on time you choose in the room and it’s very good. TV has everything you need, casting and netflix and all. The best place to stay ever.

The room was perfect. A large bubble bath, a great bathroom with large shower. The room was large enough for a stay with a family (2 adults, 1 teenager from 13 years old). Breakfast was served in the room, exactely on the promised time. Breakfast was delicious. Contact with the host was correct and friendly.

There was a slightly bad smell from the pipes when entering the room.

The lady was so friendly and understanding.

All things you put on like are are exaggerated. The lady / the owner was so welcoming and very nice but booking, com try to be realistic. Otherwise my stay was disorganised because I had to book for another hotel which was very expensive for me.

The location was great to take easy walks into the city for shopping or some culture. Having such a beautiful and comfortable room made it perfect considering the bad weather we had. Sofie was incredibly welcoming, and a super host with beautiful (and varied!) continental breakfast each day. It was homely but at the same time incredibly classy.

The sauna in the room could have been a little hotter, however the jacuzzi bath was super and completely made up for it.

It's the perfect place to have a romantic, quiet, relaxing and luxurious evening with your partner. The staff (Sofie) was very friendly and helpfull! I really recommend this place!
