I really liked the location and the equipment

The house was not ready when we arrives so we had to come

Whenever we tried to use the toaster it blew a fuse and knocked out power to the whole apartment. Fortunately, the staff directed me to the fuse box in the hall, so I could just flip it back on myself.

Make sure you dont get one of the apartments on the upper floors. There is no lift and if you are travelling with small children and luggage then you have to navigate about 6 flights of stairs to get the apartment. it is probably around 100 stairs and this ends up making it extremely family unfriendly.

The room was very clean and the location was great.

There were few basic supplies like washing up liquid or dishwasher tablets so we wouldn't wash up The sofa bed was awful to sleep on - small, creaky, lumpy pillows, only one pillowcase for two people. This resulted in two very bad night's sleep

Not for 4 people too small. Sofa is superdirty. Toilet was broken.

Third floor without elevator. This fact was pretty hidden at the end of the description of the facilities. No help with luggage. None near by to talk and ask for help or directions. Lighting in the apartment is weird and not as usual, difficult to find

They need to be truthful and say no parking. They say street parking is available - not true. also not enough info to let you know about the stairs

A great point in favor is that they facilitated me by checking-in early without any cost! I appreciate it very much, most apartments do not have this option available or it would have a high cost. The room was exactly the same as the photos, everything was clean, there were many posters with instructions that helped to understand how to use each thing. The location is great, everything is close by. One detail that I really liked is that in the kitchen there was salt, oil and sugar for cooking! The person who sent me the messages with the instructions to check-in was very kind and responded very quickly. The maintenance staff helped me in whatever I needed! Highly recommended. Thank you guys

Perhaps to say the something , the doors were a bit old and I would have liked the TV to be smart but it doesn't really matter! everything else was perfect

The wifi didn’t work The double bed was 2 single mattreses pushed together instead of a double mattress Could have had a couple more sockets and/or USB sockets Kitchen was well-equipped in general but could use more cleaning facilities like spray or flannel

Good location. Housekeeper Mavis was lovely.

Very very noisy. Had requested for a quiet room but they gave us a basement room and the people above us sounded like elephants. Traffic on the road was also noisy.

I booked a certain appartment which is the most expensive one. When i arrived i was suggested to stay in the basement instead. I refused and was offered another option. I tool it and expected to be moved to the appartment i paid for. But they even never contacted me in regards to this issue...never paid back the difference...never apologized.

The staff are accommodating! The location is perfect for tourist who loves to wander like us! It is very close to shops and transports. Just a 5-10 min walk to Sloan Station if you opt for underground train :)

The shower room is quite small.
