All the staff treated us in a Friendly way. Food was good, the animation team was so funny. We really enjoyed our stay.

Staff is friendly special Mr Amer at reception. There is a variety of foods . Sandy sea . Big pool .Nice gardens and flowers everywhere. We enjoyed stay at hotel.

the staff was ok, they are tying to be nice. the room is not fully of the basic supplies as shampoo and conditioner and etc, everything goes with extra charge even for all inclusive guests

rooms are good but I expected better furniture and they need to put shampoo in the room’s bathroom

We met few nice people in the hotel, especially Ms. Nele, from Guest relations, who helped us choose a side restaurant - thanks for your recommendation of the Greek restaurant it was much better than the Italian one - see below for details; and Mr. Abdel, Fatah from cleaning services, who helped us a lot with non working AC, non working bathtub drain stopper etc.

My husband got a food poisoning a second day of our stay. I never saw him in such a condition - vomiting and spending the whole night in the bathroom. Luckily I and our son did not eat the same food as my husband and we did not suffer the same problems (thanks to the pizza at the beach). Unfortunately my husband's problems did not stop and it ruined our whole stay. When we explained the whole situation to the people responsible in the hotel, namely Mr. Ahmed Roushdy, Cluster Hotel Manager, he promised to come back to us with some solution our last evening at 7pm. Nothing happened though. We waited for him and he didn't appear. I must say we were very disappointed. We also wrote an email to Mr. Hedi Ben Aissa, Cluster General Manager, without any answer. I must mention few more things: quality of front desk services were bad; as well as not sufficient WC around the pool (people have to go to their room or to a beach toilet); quality of food was very bad - cheap meat, almost no fish..I understand cooks did their best, but from not fresh and cheap supplies it is not easy; on side Italian restaurant offered us parmesan which was not parmesan, we received burnt pizza (the burnt edge was cut off); and when I wanted to take a bath last day, only brown water came up from the tap (we tried 3 times) - see photos FYI...all this together it doesn't make this hotel 4 stars. If I am in Europe I would call hygiene control office to check this place, because I wonder how they could get their hotel license cleared and 4 stars. I am also still puzzled from the hotel management not coming back to us with any offer. Once we had some small issue at one of the Movenpick hotels and their custom manager solved the situation immediately. So Labranda Club Makadi never again. I hope this review will help you to make your choice. PS: the beach at the hotel is also not nice and very dirty. A lot of trash floating in the water, including paper cups from the hotel.

The all inclusive concept gives you the ultimate comfort experience. The staff are exceptionally friendly.
