Hotel and facilities was great,food was varied and fresh everyday,staff very friendly and hotel was always clean and tidy

Unfortunately the hotel was full of +60 year old,probably 80 % OAP but not hotels fault,should be called old age pensioners only not adults

Best hotel ever , thanks to Mr Mostafa from rericiption made everything easy, gave us very early room checked in and private room for checkout , entertainment team was perfect and restaurant stuf were so friendly

The hotel is perfectly positioned on the sea front with direct access into the sea for snorkeling, plus its own private beach area and swimming pool. The room was comfortable and clean. The buffet restaurant has an amazing variety of food to keep everyone happy, and the staff couldn't be more helpful. WiFi is available throughout the resort including the beach area.

The staff is really professional and overwhelming. Mr Yasser & Mr Mohamed from food and beverages department are really amazing and professional attitude

The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay a pleasurable experience. Reception, Le Sol restaurant, Beach booth staff are all very helpful and hospitable. Some honorable mentions: Mr. Wagih, Ibrahim and Medhat from the F&B department Mostafa and Mohamed from the reception Ahmed the waiter in the night shift by the pool Chef Ashraf in Le Sol restaurant And many more Nasser from the housekeeping department Keep up the great work

The animation team with some old shows and lack of guest interaction and one of the guys called Moss or something ( he was a bit short) kept asking people to go with him to an exclusive party in another hotel at 11 pm, insisting that it's gonna be a VIP great party in the Intercontinental hotel I guess

Location of the hotel is amazing. All staff members are very kind and enthusiastic. Rooms are big and clean. Entertainment program is good.

Cleaning in the rooms could be improved (but is already very good). The equipment in the gym could be upgraded.

My husband and I live in Cairo and have been to many resorts in Egypt. My mom visited from the US. All three of us we blown away by the staff here. They have perfected the art of anticipating needs. The resort is spotless, the staff is friendly and efficient, the food is decent, and the pool and beach area are great. The beach has soft sand and has both shallow and deep swimming options. I want to give a special shout out to Aldin, one of the managers in the main dining area. On our second night I asked for a specific dessert that wasn’t available that night. He made it appear somehow and made sure it was available every night for the rest of our trip. He was so friendly and personally treated us at every meal for our entire stay. Of the 10 or so resorts I’ve stayed at in Egypt this is the first one I would return to a second time.

Great place to stay.

Great location, very kind, helpful and professional staff. The building is not the newest but taken care of and everything is very clean.

The music by the pool was very loud during the evenings.

We got a free upgrade to superior room because of our honeymoon. The staff is great, food, atmosphere, beach is sandy, heated pool and jacuzzi. Great place to relax and good value for money. Medhat from El Sol restaurant is friendly also Ahmad from the bar at Jungle disco.

Animation team. Snacks at Nasaya restaurant are not tasty.
