Prima locatie in Hurghada. Goede sfeer met fijn personeel dat vriendelijk en behulpzaam is. Appartement was netjes, groot en schoon. Je merkt wel dat het al wat ouder is. Heerlijk geslapen op prima matrassen. Eten in het buffetrestaurant was lekker en elke dag iets anders naast een aantal standaard gerechten. Je kunt er mooi snorkelen bij twee rifjes, prachtige vissen. Het koraal is wel aangetast dus voor echt mooi koraal moet je een boottochtje doen. Die kun je in het hotel boeken. Wij vinden Arabella Azur Resort een aanrader.
Verdiep je in de taxi kosten als je er een boekt. Standaardprijs nu 15 Euro van de luchthaven naar Arabella Azur (wij betaalden 30 Euro).

Location. Some staff are very friendly
Furniture looks old. towels are almost worn out. The most thing I didn’t like is there is no wifi in the room. Wifi only in public locations and it’s not strong. Food quality is acceptable but not very good. Some staff are rude.

There are many amenities at this property: kids center, bunk beds, pool tables, ping pong table, self-service ice cream, afternoon pizza, drink machines all over the property, beach access, poolside, easy access to snorkeling day trips…
There are constant activities offered to the guests including shows, dancing opportunities, aquafit, themed nights…
The music needs to be cleaner for kids. (No swear words and no sexual content).
Pool should have night hours. It’s open from 9-6 daily.
Our AC didn’t work in our room and the reception’s response was “thank you” (for letting them know). It was 35-43 degrees while we were there so AC was a must.

Fantastic getaway at Arabella Azur Resort, we enjoyed the stay - Resort amenities, friendly-professional staff and clean place,pool and beach, very good location. Big thanks to all staff who made our stay unforgettable! Will be back soon.

the grill restaurant is by the sea is amazing ... it's my second visit... it will not be the last ISA ...

If it was possible to score this hotel/resort 11 out of 10, I would have done so. Fantastic accommodation and the staff is super nice and helpful. The rooms are super clean and nice and very comfortable. The meals are fantastic and we even got an upgrade to a better room free of charge. The facilities overall is fantastic. Safely at the resort is very good. This is one fantastic hotel and we will definitely return. Comes very highly recommended. Thank you very much for a fantastic stay.

- The staff were nice and polite.
- It was different style, Arabian homes style, more like homes at Aswan.
- The room I booked was in front of the small pool , the heated one, and it was easy to go back to room immediately.
The room was big and you can put extra single bed there. In addition, the room was clean and the drinks, Softdrinks and Water, in the fridge was cold.
- The kids area was great and my kid enjoyed playing there. Plus, there was a room for drawing and such activities..
The snacks wasn't that good:
- The pizza wasn't well backed and have strange taste a little bit, like soap taste.
- The cups beside the pool and the beach was plastic, old and broken, so you don't feel it isn't clean.
