New Zealand's unexpected (at least for me) rain showers

Very comfortable, well appointed room with handy private kitchenette/lounge in beautiful heritage building. Warm and kind hosts Jennie & Tony made me very welcome, ensuring l had everything l needed during my stay.

Hosts were very attentive to our needs

Our hosts were super hospitable, super friendly and super helpful. We were welcomed into their beautiful villa and made to feel very special indeed. The accommodation was superb, breakfast was fabulous (eg. freshly squeezed orange juice, fruit salad made with fresh fruit and toast with homemade jams. Highly recommended.

Jennie and Tony welcomed me into their warm and comfortable home and made me feel really comfortable and relaxed. Their home exudes all of the above and is immaculate.Jennie prepares Breakfast with special extras and gifts her attention to you without being intrusive. I left my lunch behind and Jennie delivered it to me without complaint I will come back. Highly recommended.

Only negative was the noise from the main road, but that didn't really bother us.

The hosts were super kind and gave plenty of tips on where to go and what to see. We really enjoyed the conversations and aprreciated the help. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the room and house, we were taken care of so wonderfully. The stay felt more like visting long time friends than meeting strangers. Would highly recommend staying here to anyone in the area. :)

Although it was in someone’s home the bedroom set up was fully functional to be seperate from the host house. Well set up in the kitchenette with ample supplies for my two day’s breakfast supplied. Lovely host’s with plenty of information to help with my stay and further travels.
