Номер нормального размера. Приветливая девушка на рецепции. На этом все хорошее заканчивается.

Гостиница находится,возле стройки, которую слышно весь день. Номер прокуренный до ужаса. В комнате есть туалет со стеклянными стенами. Всё просвечивается и душ принимать некомфортно, как и ходить в туалет. Посередине душа сток, вода щаливает Всё, включая унитаз. Шланг душа порван. Всё старое. К этому душу добавляется хамство персонала, администратор парень, который позвонил нам, скащав о том, что мы украли капсулы от кофе(. Зачем нам капсулы, если в номере нет не только кофе-машины, но и простой воды(((. На рецепции все в тридорога(. Пришлось платить за капсулы, которые мы не брали(. Я в шоке от отсутствия сервиса и от персонала. Не рекомендую этот отель. Он не стоит сейчас, и трех звёзд.

Great location, parking spot was also good, clean and comfortable room, with fantastic bed and romantic lights 😄

Air condition wasn't working properly, even we followed all the visible and logical steps to set it up and even ask on the reception to confirm how it actually cools down

The location is perfect, right next to Paradise mall. This hotel is rather inviting couples or let’s say for private trips instead of business trips. In Paradise Mall there are a lot cafeteria and restaurants. The price is a little bit higher due to location. The bed and bathroom are very good, made in dark stile, just lacking jacuzzi. The staff is nice. WiFi and Parking are free for guests, but

The biggest disappointment is that their restaurant was closed and it is closed almost 2 years. Basement parking is too dirty and canalization pipes are liking and smell is present at parking spaces, which was defective and deferring you at start but lukewarm rooms are making to forget the parking issues.

luck of any facilities, not even a kettle in the room or bar/ restaurant downstairs to get hot drink in the morning

everything is dark and the lights are dimmed. it is not pleasant experience. definitely not worth the money. The room price was 80 something euro but it’s worth around 20-25. The parking is under the ground and there are 4 spaces 😂🫠 The whole place is mess and the staff is not friendly AT ALL. I won’t go there again, that’s for sure.

..... receptions totally unwelcoming as if we bothered her....we were the only clients in reception....had to change 3 rooms as doors were not opening...soon as we entered our rooms we felt like we were in a sex brothel.....lo and behold 30 minutes later a fight next door..... a naked woman.... a man ran out barefooted and 15 minutes later we got out of hotel and the same man dead on the pavement next to hotel and we spent the night with police outside our room :( never again

they put us in a smoking room on a smoking floor, for heavens sake, I haven't asked for a non smoking room in years... even the towels smelled like cigarettes. the floor carpet is worn out, the furniture in a damaged condition, the mattress less than comfortable, there was long blond hair on the carpet near the desk... the floor in the lobby was really dirty the afternoon we arrived as well as the morning we left
