Very clean. Easily accessible and close to restaurants. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds.

The pet friendly room was great located on ground floor with undercover parking. Very spacious, fully equipped kitchenette, good shower and comfortable bed. Best thing was the park opposite to walk our doggies in the evening and morning.

Staff and their colleagues also their massage it’s really in bad shape I never recommend this to anyone Also if booking.com is continuously offers this kind of people I need to leave you as well

Our host Darren was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Our room was spacious and had a beautiful breeze in our room on a hot afternoon from the balcony door. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Full sized fridge.

The bathroom soap/shampoo holder fitting was missing and we found the previous guests soap on top of the shower head. The carpet was very old, worn and stained but it didn't bother us and the host let us know the new carpet has been ordered so that won't be a future concern.

We had an issue with our room but staff quickly relocated us and promptly rectified the problem.

The location was very good, we were able to walk to the main shopping centre and also it was only a short drive to the Western Plains Zoo. The room was spacious, it had a kitchen which could have been useful if one stayed more than a day or so. We paid an extra $10 per day to have a room with a balcony. The lighting was very good at night.

A clock radio would have been appreciated. The bathroom was on the small side but it sufficed.
