Rooms are big and comfortable. Views are beautiful. Breakfast is very nice, huge a la carte.

No lobby bar of any sort, so if you are a group with multiple rooms it's hard to find a place to meet before leaving the hotel for some exploring. Only option is to order room service to the lobby and sit in a sort of check in waiting area. The reception couldn't charge the card I used in booking com and demanded direct payment, denying check in to the ladies while gents were still on the way. Eventually one of two rooms was granted. Contactless payment works only on one of all the terminals in the hotel. SPA decided that since they erroneously billed the treatment to the room, they have to come to my room and try to charge me on the middle of the hallway instead of waiting 30 min till we pay at check out. All in all, worst ever value for money. Avoid at all cost. Price is luxury, service is hell. Head of staff or director should step down.

Mosquitos are everywhere but I think the hotel could do more to help with this.

The Muslim shower was making a very loud trumpetty noise that wasn’t fixed till the last day. Our room was 222. I didn’t not like the presence of water sports in the ocean bc it pollutes the water

What's not to like about this place. Absolutley incredible. From the moment you arrive you will be blown away. Check in was even amazing with the beautiful views from reception and a couple of local traditions thrown in for good measure. We stayed in on of the Tropical Pool Villas which comes with it's own butler and has unlimited prosecco for breakfast!! Speaking of butler, Tik was our butler for the week and she was absolutely incredible. She met with us every morning to ensure that everything was ok and to see if she could help us in any way through the day. The room itself was spectacular with views of the beach, which was only 20 odd metres away, but yet you managed to keep your privacy because of the tress and bushes in front of the villa. The private pool was great especially if you had been out all day in the heat it was great to come back, strip down and jump in to cool down. Access to the beach was via footpath at the front of the villa and took all of 20 seconds to have your feet in the sand. There were plenty of hotel sun loungers on the beach with call buttons to get service from the hotel's beach bar. All in all I really couldn't reccomend this hotel highly enough. Although one final mention should go to the staff. The level of service offered by every member of staff was second to none. Always extremely friendly and willing to help, they really helped make this holiday the best we have been on. Thank you Vana Belle, we can't wait to see you again!!

This is our honeymoon and hotel is very good choice for us. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The IT department was very prompt in fixing the wifi issue that happened the hour we arrived. The quickest response we've had anywhere. The facilities are amazing. The room with a pool was everything we could have wanted and more.

The all inclusive breakfast was fabulous. All staff throughout the facility were absolutely exceptional, polite and friendly, beyond comparison from anywhere.

A minor inconvenience, but the bathroom lighting was very dim. By nature of the location of the facility, there are a lot of stairs and steep walkways, so one must always be cautious.
