It was awesome. Toilet was clean and bed was comfortable.

The shower leaked all night. you could not stop the dripping. There was mould in the shower alcove. The floor was uneven & slipped towards the window & mad you feel ‘at sea’. We were given room 62 upstairs out the front. We got to listen to the trucks passing all night. Television reception very limited. No book in room about facilities. Obviously this was a last minute booking for us & definitely not a quality one.

The motel was located adjacent to the golf club. The room was clean and comfortable. The property had a tennis court and good swimming pool area.

The room was big enough. The east view over tennis court and position of room was good. Great balcony with view to tennis court. There were enough power points and device points for our electronic devices. Dinner restaurant only. Close to other restaurants. Next door to golf club. Close to the Zoo, almost walking distance, if you were keen for the extra exercise.

No breakfast option, that we could tell! The tiles were cracked and flooring in the bathroom uneven. The bathroom sink tap was not fitted properly. The toilet was too close to the wall. The soap dispenser for hand and body soaps were filled, however, the hair shampoo and especially hair conditioner were not filled with enough product. Had to ask for more, and only half a teaspoon of conditioner was available. Bedside lighting was too soft to read in bed, on one side of bed, other side had an over the shoulder chair light. TV was maybe sun damaged, but didn't

The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfy. The location was in good proximity to the Touch fields and clubs. The pool area was inviting.

I missed not having a freezer compartment to the Bar fridge as I needed ice for my daughter's drink bottles for State Cup Touch and also to ice her shin splints. The layout of the small area for toaster and kettle next to the door wasn't ideal. I expected to have more cutlery and plates available for our toast i.e. not a single knife.

Room was good but you need another chair in the room . Food was good . Bed excellent.

We stay here often, and it is usually good value for money, the room is always clean and neat as usual. We also used the pool for the first time and that was great :) .

I do feel like some things were not the same. We used the tennis court for the first time- it had weeds and plants in a lot of places and sticks etc- plus trees coming over the court- not very safe if you are running around. The lamp on the other side of the bed did not work.

Wifi didn’t work well, the parking outside room was limited and crammed in, hear trucks all night, air con was old and didn’t work well
