Location strategic near to subway station only 8 min walk. Surrounding has plenty of restaurants, McD, KFC, Carrefour. Breakfast is really good, plenty of choices and high quality ingredients. Swimming pool is big, fitness equipment is world class, sauna is nice. Excellent 5 star hotel in every aspect, good value for the price, better than those 5 star hotels in bigger city like Shanghai.

Starting from the Reception staff and continuing with the breakfast staff, 2nd floor Chinese restaurant staff and cleaning ladies, this hotel's staff have been very professional and made my stay in Wuxi overall wonderful. All of them speak good English, they are very polite and I appreciated a lot the Supervisor of the Chinese Restaurant at the second floor. She took time to recommend some Wuxi typical dishes which were delicious and freshly made by the restaurant's chef. The breakfast at the 5th floor has both Western and Chinese food, so everyone can find something they like to eat and I really liked the freshly baked cakes in the morning. My room was very clean and moreover the cleaning ladies provided daily a face mask and hand sanitizer for free in every room. Guests temperature was always checked at the entrance of the hotel and reception staff devoted great attention to the guests safety. The last day I was also able to drop my luggage in the storage room until late afternoon as I went for a last stroll in the city after checkout.

First class professionalism of all staff. I was particularly impressed by the Club Intercontinental personnel for their great attention , as well as the swimming pool attendants. Outstanding breakfast in an immense restaurant. The quality of the ham was unique. Actually it was the first time I tasted ham in Wuxi 5 -Star hotels😋Very good quality Bathroom L'occitane amenities. Magnificent swimming pool🥰

The E-toilet in the bathroom , although at the forefront of technology, was a bit un-cooperative... or maybe it was me not au fait with its working🤗
