The room was spacious with an extra bed (for 3 adults). Close to Osaka station and the large malls. The decoration of the hotel is beautiful. We visited in late autumn so we hardly found red leaves in the city. However, the small but lovely garden of the hotel still offered the bright red and yellow leaves so it was quite a bonus.

The housekeeper didn’t clean up the tea set that we used in the room for 2 consecutive days. When we asked the concierge they said that the housekeeper thought that the teabag we left in the teapot belonged to us so she didn’t dare to remove it. In fact it’s the tea provided by the hotel at the minibar. However, at least she should clean the tea cups !

There is no service like John Wick enjoyed. 所有的洲際飯店住起來都很像。

I liked the vuelves and the staff.

There was mold in out bathroom, the bathroom also smelled like pee it was weird.

The location is good for restaurants, in the attached shopping malls. Near the train station, which facilitates day trips out of Osaka.

I liked room, lobby, spa and breakfast restaurant.

I did not like the drawer made by stone in the middle of room. It takes redundant space in room.

The hotel facility is great, comfortable cans clean.

We stay at the hotel for two nights. Unfortunately, we face a strong typhoon during our check out time (Aug 15, 2023. Typhoon no. 7). As all the stores and shopping mall nearby was close at the time, we have no where to go. We expect intercontinental hotel Osaka could offer more services with the customer who pays for the top services, such as check out time suspend into 2PM or etc during the tough time for customer. However we didn’t receive any services, it was very disappointed, since I heard some of the hotels nearby offer lunch box to their customer at this critical moment while facing strong typhoon no. 7.

Good facilities for kitchen and laundry in the 2 bedroom residence.

There was a staff at the front desk who tried to charge us for a mini bar item that we did not use. When we asked about the fare for a mini van to take 4 passengers to a train station about 3 km away, we were quoted a very high fare. She offered no alternatives. We ended up ordering 2 separate taxis which worked out a lot cheaper. She did not seem to be very knowledgeable. The room lighting was inadequate and the room was too dark.

The restaurant service was terrible. It was an important meeting for family reunion. After we were sat down the staff started rushing us to order fast and eat quickly. Food was sub par. The french restaurant closed early.
