water pressure was really weak, there was not fan/aircon

only location was good. The owner of the motel was kind.

The Chinese owners of the motel were very dirty. They didn't keep clean. The vacumn clean's condition was terrible. I think they don't have any sense of hygiene. They just don't clean and looked very lazy.

Convenient location close to shop's and 30min walk to Christchurch hospital which is why we stayed there great price for the week and room was ok

Cleanliness. Lots of dust on the skirting boards and in corners where not been cleaned behind doors. Gardens need a good weeding. Pillows were very flat. Very tired and in need of updating. Road noise and curtains not heavy to keep out the light at night.

Not much to like here.Its locality would be the only thing..Price wise it was acceptable but the saying "you get what you pay for" would apply as there seemed no effort to make this place look good .At least the sheets felt crisp & clean.

Very dirty ,we found old food in the fridge & freezer which hadn't been cleaned.The crockery was dusty & still had markings of food scraps on plates The bathroom basin needed replacing,rusty disks by the taps on it .The grounds outside are disgusting, rubbish,dirt Very unkempt gardens.The whole place was very dirty & disappointing .Shame really because being a colonial style building ,it could be made to look stunning .

No smart Tv. Air Conditioning had a bad smell to it. Shower and hand basin water had no force to it.

Cheap, Good Location, nice cleaner.

Parking very crowded, tight and chaotic. . Rooms are rough, with mold growing in the shower. Skip truck came down beside room at 7.30am, was so loud it rumbled the room. No Pepper and Salt or milk.

Super nice and friendly, very welcoming.
