The room was good, clean and facilities good. Was well received when I checked in well past midnight as my flight arrived past midnight. But I had to book for the previous day otherwise I wouldn't have been allowed to check-in at that time because the check-in time is 1500 Hrs.
I was not impressed that being a Genius Level 3 Regular Customer for Booking dot com, and was entitled to free breakfast, I was denied this and was required to pay an extra US$ 25 for Breakfast. So the Hotel is not good for money, to pay US$ 220 for bed only for 8 hours.

Wonderful hotel. Staff are superb. They are all very helpful and curious. Hotel is very clean and well appointed. Breakfast is excellent. Perfect place to stay upon arrival in Nairobi or before a morning flight.

Niemand was aanwezig om ons op te halen op het vliegveld. Bij aankomst bij het hotel wordt de taxi door honden op drugs/explosieven gecontroleerd. We kregen een kamer toegewezen waar al mensen in lagen te 'slapen'. Nogal gênant. De airco staat zo afgesteld dat de koude lucht tegen je aan blaast. De kamer is niet echt groot.

the receptionist charged us even though we showed her on booking that payment was made ... when we went to check out they kept us to check that there was a note that they didn't know what it was about even though the mistake was theirs ... still I haven't received the money and I haven't received an email with info about what the status with the refund
