Cleaned rooms, terrasse exceeded our expectation, we used everytime. Connection with downtown is good.

We missed only washing machine. There is a dishwasher, but better to have washing machine.

We met Frau Schwartz at the property. She was very friendly and utterly delightful. She showed us around the property and explained what to do with the keys on our departure. The property itself was lovely. Very clean and well-equipped. Frau Schwartz had thought of everything when it came to equipping the kitchen ! Travel into central Cologne was easy as the tram stop was only a 5 minute walk away and trams are very frequent; the tram ride to Neumarkt in central Cologne was only 30 minutes and on crossing the river you get magnificent views of the cathedral and the Hohenzollern bridge ! There are machines in the carriages where you can buy tickets. The area surrounding the apartment was very quiet so we enjoyed a good night's sleep every night.

The shower appeared to be gravity fed and this next bit is a very minor thing as it didn't happen that often but if anyone else turned on a hot water tap anywhere in the building (Frau Schwartz lives in the apartment above), the shower went cold. Perhaps a power shower and replumbing to avoid the temperature drop are things to think about.

Very clean and well equipped apartment, even tea and coffee were provided as well as a fruit bowl. Unlike other apartments we've stayed in there were dishwasher tablets, cleaning materials, spare bin bags, cling film, herbs and spices, plenty of spare towels and other useful items. It's only a five minute walk to the tram station which takes you straight into Koln and easy to park on the street outside. There listing doesn't do it justice as it doesn't mention the coffee machine, hairdryer etc. We would definitely stay again. Thank you.
