Cleanliness.

The staff greeted us even though we arrived so late at night. Showed us to our room, set up a tuktuk ride to the airport for us early in the morning, so friendly and a genuine big smile on his face. Hot shower, close to the airport, big room, it was nice to stay

Bed was sort of hard but not really a problem. The room was great

. Basic accommodation but clean . The staff member that looked after me was great,he went out of his way to assist me. To say that he's a great asset to the hotel is an understatement. Thank you for your help LAKMAL 🙏

Very nice host and very close to the airport with tuck tuck available from the hotel. Good size TV and nice free toiletries

I would suggest nobody should select this hotel, cot is made out of concrete, no wifi, unprofessional staff, only one staff available for all, They will not provide any proper information about your questions

The AC was not working properly (we have set 16'C and had somewhat pleasant temperature in the room (which we usualy achieved by setting 25'C on other ACs). The door from the bathroom were not possible to close. The host asked us about the time of our flight and promised to call a tuktuk taxi for us, being ready at 8:30. At 8:30 we couldn't find anybody around, no tuktuk, no host. After a while we found someone from the staff and he called the tuktuk for us, coming in 10 minutes. Not a pleasant experience to get any kind of delay before the flight :-) fortunately, the airport is a few minutes from the accommodation.

Great place near airport with a free shuttle service. I needed a place for one night as I was arriving to Sri Lanka late in the evening. The owner was super nice and friendly and he even made a dinner for me at 3 in the morning. Breakfast was also delicious. Room was comfortable, had a good rest there before moving on with my trip.

communication was excellent throughout.. arranged my airport pick up promptly.. overall good

great place very close to the airport to spend a night when you leave or arrive .. the place is away from flight path so no disturbance for a good sleep .. they have onsite little restaurant for in house guests which is very convenient.. food is good and reasonably priced

Staff were lovely, especially Yohan who was super welcoming and helpful, he booked and sorted a taxi for us when we left meaning our trip to Colombo was cheap and comfortable. Bed was big and comfortable and once we worked out how to use the shower with help from Yohan, it was hot water. Free bottles of water were provided which was great. Overall we loved Yohan and he was very hospitable.

The room was unclean, the walls were sort of mouldy, there was a lot of cobwebs, few spiders, a frog in the corner & loads of mosquitoes. We got absolutely annihilated with mosquito bites even with the repellant plug in provided, our own plug in, and dowsing ourselves in repellant. We were there 2 nights and I came away with 20 bites. Overall the room wasn't clean enough, we are paying the same rate in Colombo and the room is pristine.

Staff, food were great. Pet friendly. Good internet

Mosquito need to be controlled.
