There are bed bugs - we all are bitten. My two year old is crying since then and has like big red blisters on hands face knuckles arms wrist basically almost whatever area was uncovered with clothing

The location of the residence was excellent - right in the city center, walking distance from both the train station and the old town.
We very clearly booked the two-bedroom superior apartment with booking.com. Upon entering the residence it became clear that we'd gotten a one-bedroom apartment. We immediately called the residence, but the staff was incredibly rude and flat out refused to help us out in any way. We called booking.com, but they were also unable to reach the residence or find a solution for us. After more than three hours of calling back and forth we still had no solution. We ended up calling the residence again and reached the owner. He was also unwilling to find a new and fitting apartment for us, but promised to bring some extra linen as one of us was forced to sleep on the couch. We never received extra linen, and one of us spent an incredibly uncomfortable night on the couch. Furthermore the front door to the building was unlocked, meaning anyone could have gotten inside the building at any time. The hallways up to the residence were dirty and uninviting. Both the coffee machine and the television were broken. Overall a horrible experience, would never book with this residence again.

There was construction being done in the building of our apartment. Lots of dust in the hallways and drilling early Saturday morning. The bathroom curtain was torn and the toilet didn't have a lock. Location was good though.

The location is good, close to the old town, on the main shopping street.
The helpdesk not too helpful - wifi not functionning at all, no reaction (except "raising a ticket"), no calling me back, no updates, we ended up with no wifi.

The apartment was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The location of the apartment was great; near public transit and tourist attractions. Lots of shopping opportunities nearby and great restaurants as well.
There was no wifi in the apartment despite it being listed as an amenity. The TV was not functional and the "customer service line" ghosted me after 2 days of my reporting these issues and we went back and forth with no resolution. Also the location of the apartment in the building is extremely inconvenient. To get to the apartment you enter through this very non-descript door and go up several stairways (in the dark if its after the closing time of the NIKE store downstairs) and walk through what is basically the backrooms of the NIKE store situated on the 1st floor. There are signs of a dumbwaiter system that is suppose to make it easier for you to bring luggage to the upper floors but it doesn't work. And if you get the apartment on the top floor (5th floor) you will wish you packed SUPER light cause navigating 5 flights of stairs in the dark is not fun. So either already have movies/shows downloaded to your devices or bring a book; or like me spend most of your nights out drinking to pass the time.

Centrally located.
Poor access to the apartment through a very narrow staircases and no one mentioned earlier that there was no elevator. We were only informed about this only after we paid.
No internet, I called the landline immediately I arrived the apartment, and was told a technical team will reach out to us. Stayed for a while and tried calling again, no one ever picked up the phone that was on the first day. From the second day, their number wasn't going through again.
Meanwhile during check-in their requested my credit card number and expiry date to say it will serve as collateral for any damages, but the night after entering the apartment, my card was debited of an extra 488€ after we had already paid for the apartment.
These guys are scammers watch out and I guess their clients now are only those who fail to read the reviews before booking like I did.
I will advise anyone to avoid this apartment.
TV doesn't work.
NO internet service in this apartment as they will send you a mail with details of the apartment and at the level of the "wifi name" they left it blank but gave a wifi password then immediately I knew something wasn't right.

We really enjoyed our stay here.The apartment does have flaws(TV doesn't work,no rack in dishwasher)but for the location & price we were really happy with it.Communication with smartflats staff was good and they answered promptly.Beds were comfortable,apartment was clean

3. Nobody mentioned that the apartment was on 4th flor (92 steps through very narrow hallway, very inpracticle when carrying the luggage)

It’s at 3rd floor, without life, no parking. bad luck for us neighbors was very noisy at midnight

Great location and lots of space. Comes with a shower and tub. Beds are comfortable.
Wifi didn't work so I had to use the one from another apartment, no remote for the tv so I couldnt watch that, kettle was broken, shower had VERY low waterpressure and mold in the corners. Random handprints on the glass wall and in the bathroom that were definitely not mine. Also, what's up with the sawed off back of the chairs in the kitchen?
But I wouldn't have mentioned all this if it weren't for the extremely frustrating fact that the host REFUSES to reply to my multiple emails regarding an invoice which I NEED for work. How much do I have to plead for a simple piece of paper???

The location is prime. Right in the center of shopping area. And it is also so spacious. A good value for money.
They should have put clear information that the apartment is on the 3rd floor with no lift. There is one lift for luggage but it was not working so we had to carry the heavy suitcases all the way up. also We had to leave our stroller downstairs hoping that nobody gonna steal it. It would be nice if the apartment was a little bit cleaner and smells nicer. The white towels are not so white anymore and some new handsoap bottles would be nice.

The location was good.
Two times someone came in the apartment because the office sent the key number to someone else and my number was not chanced undtil after I told that I was going to leave and wanted my money.
The 24 hour emergency phone to the office is only answerd when the staff wants and I tried to call them for 2 hours but nobody answerd!
There was no sofa table and the tv did not work and the WiFi did not work either.
No lyft and stairs like to 5th floor.

The location is really great and inside the city. Whole apartment is really big and airy.
Public parking is 5 minutes away so you need to count with it. Also coming to the room is a bit unfortunate.

Location was good. Near to the most of the places I wanted to go.
WiFi not working, TV out of order, Audio speaker not working, dish washer out of order, couldn’t use shower because of stuck drainage and water flew into the corridor, lighting button is broken, soap dispenser broken, stinky dish washer because the used kitchen tool was remained unwashed in it, drain plug is broken and couldn’t take a bath, check-in and -out time were changed without notice from the initial confirmation email, staff were not helpful.

Location was great, right in the shopping street in the center of Antwerp, walking distance to many touristic places. I ran the Port of Antwerp half marathon which was very easy to reach by public transportation
the building doesn't have a lift and the internet was not working properly. We had to call to see how to connect to the internet and we had to use the network of another appartment since ours was not working.

Good price, good spaces, nice and clean, good support from the team.
It’s hot a bit at night, we did open the windows a bit then we got mosquitoes, but it’s not so bad.
No lock on the toilet and bathroom doors.
