Het appartement boodschappen een goede uitvalsbasis om de stad te verkennen, midden in het centrum.

De slaapkamergordijnen hingen niet, maar lagen opgevouwen in een kast. De roedes om ze op te hangen ontbraken... Daarnaast kon de douchekop niet hangen en lekte de helft van het water uit de achterkant.

It was very unclean Sewage smell in bathroom Kitchen had a rotten smell which I eventually found in a cupboard Bathroom was clean. The floor was filthy everywhere had to wear shoes all the time We requested sheets for the pull-out bed. None were supplied. The lounge was so dirty. We covered it with a spare curtain that we found as you couldn’t sit on it. There was blood on the back of the toilet door people had wiped their hands or something on the curtains We did report all this to Smart. Flats haven’t had a word back.

the location in the center of Antwerp was great. the appartement is large.

The sofabed was very dirty when we opened it. There were hair, an old tissue and even a piece of glass. And there was a clear cigarette smell. It should really be replaced. The overall cleanliness of the flat was rather disappointing. There was a lot of dust and very dirty walls, floors and ceilings. This should really be improved. It is obvious that the cleaning is minimal. The shower in the left hand-side bedroom was broken. We could not have cold water. This must be fixed. The shower in the ofther (right hand-side) bedroom was also broken. The shower head was constantly coming out of the water pipe. This must also be fixed.

The property was in a great location, likely one of the best to be in as it was very central and close to many shops and places to eat. The property was also bigger than anticipated so very spacious with great light coming in and a lovely view of the city beneath it. Check in was very easy with several notifications with the check in information on both text and email. The property was spotless with all facilities as listed, fresh towels and a fully functioning flat screen TV with access to netflix, spotify, youtube, prime video and disney plus. I also loved how big and comfortable both the bed and sofa were. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others, great value too.

Love this place! Location is perfect, just in the city centre, but in the night you won't notice anything, any noise, because the windows are perfectly isolated. The flat is really nice and spacious, bed is just for 2 but there is also a sofa and the whole flat would fit at least 10 other people in sleeping bags on the floor, yes, it's REALLY huge :D The flat is also very well equipped - there are even things you won't expect, like iron and ironing board, hair dryer, ventilator etc. Kitchen equipment is great, there is fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, electric kettle and coffee maker. The dishes are more than enough - pot, pan, many cutlery, glasses, mugs etc. - everything you need! And don't worry about sponge and dishwashing soap, they are there also. There are also many towels, toilet paper, soap and shower gel. Overall great experience and I really recommend this place!

There isn't a microwave but you can definitely survive without it :D True, there was some dust in the corners and a little dirt on the wall but just a bit and the most important things - kitchen bathroom + toilet, linens and towels were absolutely clean, so for me personally this is not a huge problem. The only bad thing was the state of electrical outlets in the bedroom, which were literally poking out of the wall which doesn't look very save, so I would definitely check this as the owner!

Location was amazing. Loved the huge space. Comfy mattress.

None of the LED bulbs worked in one bedroom and several not working throughout the apartment. I let the maintenance team know within an hour of arrival but four days later they'd done nothing. Kitchen poorly stocked. Also, one of the showers was broken. Fortunately the other one was good. One bedsheet was too small for the bed, so a bit uncomfortable. Great place, but not well looked after.

Except the central location , there is no advantage to booking this property! No one is there to help you in case of an emergency. Few things as I observed in my stay :- 1. The check in time is 16.00 , never heard this in my travel life , if you wish to check in before , you pay 100 euro ! which is also the rent/day. 2. The flat no. 301 , has broken shower , so I showered with luke warm water all week , the water pressure is extremely low , mostly the shower tap is broken . 3. Bedroom doesn't have wifi/ you must take the wifi from the flat 302. 4. On the second day of my stay I was locked out of the apartment as their check-in system failed, it took 3 hours for them to fix it , I had to wait outside and keep on contacting the helpline (they were helpful I can say ) but this was not a desirable experience. For points 2 and 3 I contacted the property, they said that the help would arrive but never arrived in 7 DAYS. Booking.com takes no responsibility to check such bad property, there's is no way to contact them during the stay. I have been to Antwerp for 5 years now, this was the worst. it felt like a Rural System.

The access alley is not only dark at night and has a big trip hazard, but it is where people gather to smoke. The bedding had holes and blood stains and were reported on day 1 of 3. General maintenance- lights hanging from the walls. No air con but a fan was provided

having to walk down a dark alleyway, that smelt, to access the door. The sofa bed and shower were broken and reported one of three but no response. The bedding has no covers just the duvet. We had 2 apartments and both had dirty or bedding with no covers or holes in.

Entrance to the building is the back of a restaurant, next to trash containers. Very uncomfortable and full of cigarette butts. floor in the apartment is lacking maintenance. It’s full of stains

The booking initially was for a different location and we got relocated to this facility that has a broken elevator and we had to carry our heavy luggage across the narrowest stair case to the 3rd floor. I tried reaching out to the facility but there is no response besides a generic message. I am demanding a refund for the amount I paid due to the hassle we had to go through and risking our safety to stay at this place.

Nothing, due to problems with the appartement we were forced to move out at night with a baby and a toddler. Have been trying to reach the so called 24/7 reception all day and evening, but it is non-existing. Already back home now, and still trying to contact them, without any succes. They are simply NOT available for problem fixing.

Blood stains from other travellers on the wall from all the musquitos. Entering the room was like entering a jungle. The non smoking policy is a lie, our toddler found a bunch of 'hidden' sigaret buds and was playing with it. GROSS. The lighting in one room didn't work. It was either no light or flickering lights. Another lamp was just hanging loose on the wall. Furniture was old and worn out. But worst is: they claim that there is a 24/7 reception, but that is the biggest lie. It is not able to reach them trough phone/whatsapp/mail. We we forced to move out at night with our baby and toddler, to another hotel, and we are still trying to get our 500EUR back...

Check-in information was clear and helpful. The location is excellent. Shops, bars, museums and restaurants all in easy walking distance. It is a large and spacious property with good layout. The living space is surprisingly light because of the skylights in the ceiling. The bathroom and shower were very good and clean. The terrace is great (no furniture there unfortunately).

Although not the fault of the hosts, the alleyway leading to the entrance is disgusting and full of overflowing bins from the restaurant next door. It stinks and meant that we shared the bedroom with flies. Most surfaces were very clean, but the woodblock floor throughout the apartment was grubby and dirty and the apartment smelt of smoking when we arrived. We also noted marks on the ceilings where smoke alarms had been, but no replacements. We contacted the hosts about this and received a message just to say that there is a no smoking policy! Equipment was absolutely bare minimum. The sofa-bed was broken and front panel leaning up against the corner of the living room. The living room would benefit from a rug to absorb sound and make it less echoey. It is hard to imagine that anybody had checked it over before we arrived and, at this price point, we had expected some attention to detail.
