Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im OYO Minerva Guesthouse. Alles war sehr sauber und es fehlte an nichts. Das Frühstück wurde immer nach unseren Wünschen frisch zubereitet und das Personal ist sehr liebenswert.

Alles war perfekt

Primarily the hosts, Margaret & Owen were great, nothing too much trouble. They accommodated us with early check in and upgraded us to spacious family room. Sumptuous breakfast options - Natalia was very welcoming and attentive to all guests esp during breakfast. It is worth booking a sea view room as view over the coast is beautiful. Our room was so clean and beds comfy. Accommodation is located a minute off Main Street and 5min walk to bus station. As stated by hotel we knew parking is limited but parking at Manor St Car Park is only 3mins and 6pm till 9am is only £2.10!! Cheap daily/hourly rate too. Overall if visiting Newquay we highly recommend staying at OYO Minerva.

The breakfast was really yummy. The staff are amazing very attentive and the room was very clean.

Our stay in this lovely guesthouse was superb! The location indeed was one of the best, near the beach as well as the town. The view was stunning! The rooms are all clean and well maintained. The breakfast was delicious! I have for a room upgrade and they accomodated us throughout. We'll definitely come back. Thanks to Margaret, her husband and the lovely Natalia 🙂

I got an upgrade to a sea view room, which was great. The house and rooms were the cleanest of any place I have ever stayed. The owners were really helpful and very agreeable. The view to the front over the bay in the centre of Newquay was spectacular

I struggle to think of anything tat left me dissatisfied!

Booked in here to stay while we came for a Christmas party and was blown away. Friendly staff, wonderful room and fantastic breakfast! (Sorry I didn't eat a lot due to my hangover) 🤣

Great accommodation with a sea view. Friendly positive staff who know how to look after you. Close to the station and town centre as well as the bay. Breakfast as you like it. Room was very clean, comfortable and inviting with good amenities.

Super Aussicht aufs Meer und die Landschaft,mit den ganzen Surfern. Hat sogar ein Fernrohr mit Stativ im Zimmer. Sehr gutes Frühstück

Breakfast was good, with quick and friendly service. Ample choices. The location is the best part. Owen and Margaret are very kind.

The bed was comfortable but A new mattress would help. I really like the balcony and double doors, but it was warm and so we had to keep them open for airflow and our ceiling fan on. Apparently the ceiling fan vibrates the floor in the room above, disturbing the guest above this room. They asked us to turn off fan but that wasn’t possible. Owen provided a standing fan, which should be permanent in this room for the summer. The room needs better airflow.

It depends which room you book, ours was on the smaller side and with a window to the back but if you‘re willing to pay more you can get a good view

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is great, just right at the beach. Our rooms were with the sea view and we could hear the sound of waves from our rooms. Very clean rooms with comfortable beds. Great English breakfast. If we have a chance, we'll stay here again.

We had a lovely time in Newquay and the guesthouse was really nice. The staff is super friendly and the location was perfect as it’s close to the beach and the city centre. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We would always go there again and can highly recommend it :)
