The W lounge , in room dining was good , clean , location 5 min to the center , valet parking , and the room was really comfortable . The duchess restaurant is beautiful . Highly recommended .

The shower was unclean and mouldy. They took our bags while we walked around the city, then forgot to put them in our room and kept us waiting for them, which made us late for dinner. The spa is nice but it was very very difficult to get an appointment. I was kept waiting on the phone for 30 minutes and then they hung up on me. The hotel staff blamed the spa staff and did not help.

Das Personal ist super freundlich und entgegenkommend. Haben am Geburtstag meines Freundes kleine Überraschung organisiert. Der Spa Bereich ist schön.

Unser Zimmer war super kalt, sodass man uns einen Heizstrahler ins Zimmer brachte. Außerdem hat es gestunken im Zimmer nach Kanalisation. Die Ausstattung im Zimmer ist auch etwas unbequem. Hinzukommt dass der Spa Bereich einfach im anderen Gebäude ist. Das alles wäre halb so schlimm, wenn es ein 3 Sternehotel für 80€ pro Nacht wäre. Aber für ein Luxushotel und für so viel Geld … da fühlt man sich veräppelt.

Todos estos comentarios no son una queja, simplemente quieren ser una critica constructiva de un simple inquilino. La relación calidad precio, demasiado caro para lo que ofrece el hotel, al menos durante estos días. El desayuno es solo correcto, sin estar a la alturas de un 5 estrellas, zumo de naranja no natural, poca variedad en embutidos y en quesos, para estar en Ámsterdam, y aunque los huevos si son muy buenos y el servicio excelente, en ningún caso para un coste de 35€ por persona. El concepto abierto de la habitación le da amplitud, pero no siempre utilidad, ya que si uno se levanta para trabajar molesta al compañero o compañera con sus aseos. La limpieza, no ha estado a la altura, había polvo en la cabecera de la cama que no era de un día. Posiblemente debido a un descuido y a las obras que estaban por terminar. Pasillos negros muy oscuros sin ninguna decoración. Solo dos ascensores en la planta baja y uno no funcionaba. Entiendo que ya estará arreglado. Espero y deseo que todo esto mejore y pueda ver en un futuro comentarios que desmientan los míos. Entonces me alegraré mucho por el Hotel.

Δεν ήταν σίγουρα αντιπροσωπευτικό της τιμής του , τα δωμάτια απεριποιητα, σκόνη σε πολλά μέρη , τα στορια κάνανε εκνευριστικά πολυ θόρυβο με αρκετές φθορές στις άκρες τους , τηλεόραση ήταν γδαρμένη , από το τηλεκοντρόλ έλειπαν οι μπαταρίες , δεν υπήρχε πιγκαλ στην τουαλέτα , οι καθαριοτητες ήταν απαράδεκτες, δεν άλλαξαν ούτε μια φορά σεντόνια στα 3 βραδιάς, το δωμάτιο ήταν θερμαίνονταν σωστά , το προσωπικό ευγενικό μεν αλλά απόσυντονισμένο

Our room was a let down. Very cramped, we booked a city view which was a very small window facing some air conditioning units. The room layout was bizarre. The shower felt like a cupboard and left me feeling claustrophobic. Was very much looking forward to my stay but the room left me feeling disappointed

Was nice and quiet and the property was in the center of Amsterdam

Room itself was spacious, contemporary, clean and bed was large and comfy. Bike rentals were handy and great.

There were parties upstairs that were really loud, and a party crowd going in and out of the hotel to the bar upstairs, the outdoor pool was embarrassing with towels strewn everywhere, half eaten food and empty glasses and cups all around the pool, the indoor pool was nice but you needed to book. For the price you pay I expect a much more exclusive and up market experience. Not worth the cost at all.

Really tired property and missing their normal attention to detail. Delivered our breakfast an hour early and this woke us up, staff were aloof and bar service at the pool was beyond slow.

The location was excellent, the staff at the front desk were friendly, and I would like to specially thank Anastisia, the front desk manager who looked after us during our stay. They even sent us cake and chocolate to the room as it was our anniversary. The restaurant Mr. Porter is amazing, the best steak I ever tasted. The bed was very comfortable as well.

The jacuzzi was not working at the spa

Receptionist staff was very friendly and accommodated an early check in. Rooftop lounge, bar, and restaurant area, vibe, and view was nice. Good location.

Rooms were okay, breakfast staff not friendly or accommodating. Doorman was very rude and unfriendly, don’t rely on him for booking you a taxi to the airport.

I came 11 at night no one help me to carry the luggage. No one show me my room and my room is like middle floor so I need to carry my luggage from the stairs which they did not inform

I nees check out one day earlier because I have emergency I come to front desk at 17th of May at 10 AM  anything from them I’m going to check out in a half an hour, but they charge me 17th of May night, which I didn’t stay and also I inform them before 12 but they charged me this is not fair

When I extend my stay booking.com charged my credit card and also when I extend Stay, I need to pay again to the front desk  I’m not sure if booking.com is took the provision or they got charge  at the checkout I wanted to taxi and that they arrange me private car and he charge me €70 for airport dont take advantage of guest it is not nice

We have stayed more than once, but staff and management were quite offhand. Refused to give us our room on time. We waited from 3pm until 9pm to get access because they had “sold an extension to the previous occupant”. Management refused to discuss the matter while we were there or afterwards. Reception staff quite offhand. No alternative facilities offered.
